Beware of this location! My entire meal was terrible! My hamburger patty was old and dry, it absolutely sat under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. My fries were old and cold, the vanilla frosty was as if the machine needed to be changed out, and lastly the diet dr. pepper was flat. Overall nice looking lobby, food was served prompt, and the workers nice, but the quality of food was terrible.
Customer service sucks. went through to get a midnight snack and a guy came on with the biggest attitude at my friends and i because we were laughing not even at the workers just at a joke and then we called to complain and they blocked our numbers.
Staff is a joke, they’d rather sit around and laugh and play rather than do there job. Food is never fresh always lukewarm/cold the pm team has to be one of the worst put together teams I’ve seen in my life they literally have an attitude about doing their job

He kept it simple 7, 4 for $6 bags all same drinks all same sauces so there isn't any mess up or confusion for THEM and he could hear them moaning and groaning about such a big order. Never again coming to this place, staff working there doesn't appreciate the business and grumbles about doing what they get paid for, working! The Wendy's by the closed down kmart in kapolei has much better service and doesn't complain about anything, we only went to this one because it was on the way home.

Ordering was fine, picking up was alright, food was good, this time everything turned out as we ordered it.The only issue that I had, was the fact that the girl at the window, didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I mean, I understand that people need to work to make money, but if you don't want to be at work, don't show up, or don't do the customer service part of the job. Stay in the back and assemble the food.I don't know why, but the people working at the drive thru windows always seem to have issues with being at work...

Everything was great except for the french fries,they we're un edible. They were very very salty. I went back inside to exchange it and told the cashier that it's very salty. I told her that I want both fries with no salt instead. They give me a new one with no salt but their mistakes they didn't wipe down the french fries tray and scooper before they put a new one. Of course my french fries still came out salty. So sad I just lost my appetite ?.
Ordered a salad, just salad... A biggie meal for $7 and a side 10 piece chicken nuggets.... Got everything except da bacon bacon burger. Then they tell me ohhhh u didn't order that ... I have a large drink but no burger.... Thanks Wendy's guess I gotta starve til dinner
Great service and good food.Open til 1am.Value menu is delish,only negative I noticed is when visiting after 10pm you can't get the chili and rice either one or the other is out or both not available.
