Nice spot to grab a drink and sit poolside.
Cause I drunk!
The lobster roll was to die for. Staff provided excellent customer service. Salads and drinks were very good. View of pool and hotel amenities was great. Would have liked to seen a few more food choices.
Fun spot
I decided to visit after a few hours at one of the local lagoons since I had a gift card and wanted to see if it was all that. First off, there is no self parking so if you don’t walk over it’s valet only which they will validate. (Make sure to do this as it’s 20.00 parking) I was seated promptly but I think it threw them off as I was solo. The menu for lunch was small but Caitlin my server helped me choose the swordfish burger and I chose onion rings. I have to say the food was great and the service was better! (Thank you Caitlyn) My biggest issue was the Mai Tai I ordered, it was 21.00 and probably the most lackluster drink that I had during my stay. I think if you’re a high end resort charging that kind of money for a drink it should be phenomenal. Overall for the price I would not go again but it sounds like its one the few choices out that way. To me it seems they have a lot of wealthy people who are captive audiences. They probably don’t care.
I recently visit Waterman for lunch and refreshments after walking from the Marriott. The bar at Waterman was covered/shaded so good place to stop. I asked for a recommendation from the bartender and he suggested the tacos, mahi and / or shrimp so I went with the recommendations. The food was delivered promptly and was presented beautifully. Enjoyed talking to both bartenders during my visit--friendly and informative. Glad I stopped here
Service was great, food was a big let down. When I pay $21 for 3 tacos with avocado, I expect real avocado when it says avocado on the menu. This was a sorry excuse for a $7 taco, actually a $9 because we got half an avocado on the side for $6 more. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of food produced and false marketing. +1 star for service. Another +1 star was for the steak and garden salad, which was quite spectacular. -1 star for the sad tacos. -1 star for the "watermelon salad" that had the texture of day old soggy watermelon and -1 for the value. I don't mind paying $100 or even $200 for lunch. The quality of the food needs to reflect the price. The Aulani Pool bar next door is half the price and has a much higher quality output
Excellent drinks and wine selection .
Had lunch here on November 11th. Ordered lunch entrees and ice teas. Left hungry and spent $85 dollars.
Great foods and hospitality
