Came in on Sunday morning for brunch.Ordered their brunch combo and fried chicken & waffles. We had to wait for 10-15mins just for some butter (since their waffles and pancake didnt come with any).Brunch combo (2 bacon, 2 eggs, pancakes) were just ok. Their fried chicken and waffles were good tho!
Had a great lunch here today and the service was great. Good atmosphere and of course the Best Cheesecake I ever had. You also MUST try the Plantation Tea. Being from the south were Sweet Tea is a every day drink,this Tea tasted so delicious ?. Naturally Sweet from the pineapple made it so good. Glad we had lunch here today.
This is a nice Cheesecake factory in Kapolei, about 30 minutes from Waikiki. It is a lot less busier than the one in Waikiki. We arrived at around 5:30pm on a Sunday and were seated without waiting. The staff is friendly and the food is on par with usual CF standard.
Super overated! One hour wait time on Valentine's dayOut of appetizers that we wanted and food was an even longer wait. My kids got there food first thank God but the rest of us... And when it came time for dessert we had to wait even longer... Also not too happy about the steak choices. I went with the medallion steak 4 pcs. And the shrimp scampi 3 pcs. It was okay!
Good dine in experience, would not recommend getting takeout. Our dinning in experiences have been great. Food and service is delicious. We have also gotten takeout and the boxes used are way too big for the meals. The food had been sloshed around by the time we made it home. Service was good both dine in and takeout.
Made a 2:30 pm reservation today a week day. Arrived and it wasn't busy at all didn't even need to make a reservation. Got an order of the Koren chicken about $17 and filet mignon about $36 . Waited 45 mins for our food, honestly didn't notice the time but the manager came over and apologized for the wait and if she could do anything for us. We did get a a slice of cheesecake to go and recommend the red velvet ! Our waitress was amazing , the entire experience was lovely. Would definitely come back again!
The food is always good at cheesecake factory’s. This one is no exception. The food was great and the service was friendly and prompt. My only complaint is them delivering our meal while we are eating our salad. Makes you feel rushed and it’s annoying.
I have tried both locations of this restaurant on the island of Oahu, and after much fanfare, both have been underwhelming. The two stars you are only my server Cody. I had six people at my table, and all of our food came out at different times, and they “were running behind on fries.” My entree comes out and me and two of my children had to wait on fries. At least for this location versus the one in Waikiki, my server was very good, attentive, and kept our drinks full. As far as the great expansive menu you hear about, the quality does not match the prices.
Ordered meals for pickup 1.5hr ahead, 10 min before pickup they called to say that one meal was ready but they were out of the second meal. We asked why we were told min before and especially since one had already been cooked. Was told they didn't know.We turn placed an order for a burger to replace the one they couldn't make. And proceeded to wait an hour and ten minutes for the burger. So now one meal is close to two hours old.We asked for a small discount or dessert to make up for the issues and were told they "we're too busy" to talk to us.We then asked for a manager... who finally came to drop off our meals.... and handed them off so abruptly without a word or eye contact and refused to talk to us.
Just stopped in for cheesecakes. Dined outside. As always my experiences there have been good. Cheesecakes and other desserts are sinfully good!
