I love Taco Bell. I will eat tacos whenever someone will buy it for meIt's something I like to eat, don't liketo make it myself.
Portions was such a disappointment,, not worth eating at this location . I think kapolei ans ewa papipi road is a better option.
Since we were in the area we did the drive thru because mom enjoyed the Mexican pizza up until they discontinued the item. She watched the news one evening and indicated the Mexican pizza returned. It was our 1st time at the Ka Makana Alii location, it was very busy, of course it was during the lunch hour. We ordered and the employee asked if the order on the screen was correct, we checked and told him yes. When we got to the window we checked our order and one item was missing, we advised the employee that we were missing an item and he said " do you want an extra one? I said No just what I ordered that I confirmed was on the screen NOT an EXTRA order, he proceeded to ask for the amount that was charged for the item, so I looked at the receipt and they didn't charge us for the missing item, so I paid and left that even my sister who confirmed the item on the screen was correct that she was agitated too. That's why, when asked if I can park, I refuse because too many times the order in a drive thru is missing an item or wrong. This may sound petty to some, but I don't live in the area and returning would be inconvenient, nothing like ordering what you want for someone else and it's NOT in the bag!
The cashier was very helpful and all the staff were very kind despite that they were swamped because Cinco de Mayo. Didn't realize that you can only order some combos on the app and not in person. Food tasted like taco bell.
I love taco bell but this location for some reason and I've been here 3 maybe 4 times they just slow TBH food, ? there speed needs work
Veggie burrito was tasty -- no meats beans and veggies with extra avocado -- pretty fast and clean interior.
Either the workers are super slow or the customers take really long to order over 20 mins to get to the order screen.
No Baja blast? You are the champion of the Gods blessed to carry the glorious mana from heaven yet fail to supply it to the masses? If it’s a supply issue add a 0 to the end of your order number or just add one more box of syrup. Without the drink there’s nothing worthy to order. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.
Fast service but they always forgot to put condiments and today they gave me a wrong burrito.
