It is a Taco Bell. It has the standard TacoBell items at the usual prices. Nothing too bad or too good stood out about this particular location. Service was fast, workees were nice and the food was tasty as per the standard. The only issue was minor, they gave us a standard taco when we had ordered and paid for a Taco Supreme. They fixed it with no issue. We will return to this location in the future and recommend it if you are in the area and wanting food.UPDATE as of 1MAY22: Store has been refurbished. Looks much nicer inside. Staff is friendly and we have had no order accuracy issues. No mask is required to enter and the dining area is open for indoor eating.
I usually place my order on the app before arriving and they have executed every order without incident, even with the substitutions/exemptions I put in.
This last visit was great, the time before was awful.Ordered online through their app, came to pick it up through the drive thru, because door dash is fail to find out location, and went through the line. Everything was fresh when it came out, when I got it home everything was crunchy and warm, and drinks were cold.Overall a way better experience than going inside. Going inside was a complete disaster... I didn't write a review because I was so upset that they disregarded me, had my order ready, I asked the cashier who checked me in, if my order was ready. She said no, but I saw an order just sitting, turns out it was my order. They tried to give me the order that was sitting there for over 20 mins.I think understandably I was very upset. Taco bell food is best fresh, and it was for take out, so I wasn't going to take that old order.They thankfully remade it after I had to Karen on them. ? I dislike doing that very much, but it's taco bell, if it's not fresh, it's soft and gross. Gotta have it as fresh as it can be if you're driving it home.
First I ordered the beef chalupas and I got chicken instead . Second There was a hair in my CHICKEN chalupa.. I was really disappointed and reached home by the time this all happened.. This is not the first time they made a mistake. There was another time they forgot my tacos and a chalupa. But I did not say anything. Please be careful and check your orders if you can .
It's taco bell. But, the dinner drive in line Sunday was stretched across the plaza parking lot. Took about 45 min to get my food. And they gave me the wrong sauce.
Stop putting a person at the menu we all hate it. Especially during covid!! Now I have to put on a mask when I order! Why even have the big menu there and the regular drive thru system if you're just going to go make a person stand out there all day. It makes us feel like we have to be rushed to order and honestly if I had more time I'd order more food.
Multiple items was missing on our order and this is Wasn't the first time this happened.
