Amazing value. So delicious. They need to build themselves a bathroom -- the public one is sketchy. A fun escape from the resorts, just pee before you come.

SOOO GOOD! Portions are big & sushi is so fresh! We sat right in front of their sushi makers & were so impressed. The man making our food was so friendly & fast; you could tell he’s very experienced and loves his job!!

First time dining in since the pandemic. They renovated recently and it's really nice! The staff works really hard and smoothly, it's amazing to watch. Food is also delicious!

We were staying in Ko Olina, and everyone pointed us in the direction of this place. The wait was over an hour, but it was well worth it (apparently it’s typically 1-2 hours on busy days). The prices were GREAT in comparison to other sushi places and the quality of the sushi was phenomenal. We sat on the corner or the conveyer belt and talked with a local couple for a good majority of the meal. They pointed us in the direction of “non-touristy” things in Oahu. They seriously added to the experience. Diversity of the rolls, meals, and fish was exactly what we were looking for while in Hawaii.

Awesome food, wonderful workers. I go at least once a month and make a special order mix Don bowl of negitoro and scallop Mayo. It usually comes with poke and spicy tuna.

Our first time here! We were bummed the conveyor belt wasn't on, which is the whole reason we came, and that wasn't mentioned anywhere online. The spicy tuna roll and dragon roll were both really good according to my husband. And as a non-fish eater, the kappa (cucumber) and avocado maki (roll) were really good! Obviously not bursting with flavor, but really good for what it is. Not fishy at all!!! We wouldn't get the gyoza and sesame balls again - they were fine, we've just had much better. The wait to dine in (and pick up) was quite long, we'll definitely do pick up until the conveyor belt is open again so we can try it. Prices were good!

I have been a patron of Sushi Bay since they opened, and have told countless friends, tourists and others to come try some of the food. (The spicy ahi is some of the best on the island, rest of the food is average) I went out of my way to show support during the pandemic. Last week I used the online ordering to pick two sushi platters at a designated time. I waited 30 minutes outside for them to prepare my food. No big deal, stuff happens. Last night I have another party to attend, so I ordered another two platters to be picked up at a designated time, and waited 45 minutes outside. One of the teenagers who takes the orders, informed me that "They got slammed" and offered no apology. I was pissed. Tonight I ordered a spicy ahi poke tray to pick up at 230pm. I intentionally went at 3pm, so I knew it would be ready. It was not even started. I asked to speak to the owner, who refused to come talk to me because "He was busy", and offered me 25% off my bill. Twelve dollars means absolutely nothing to me, after you wasted hours of my time. This place has no respect for its customers, and service has gone rapidly downhill over the years. Owner makes lots of money off of the sheer volume of people that come through, and does not take the time to appreciate the repeat customers. Steer clear of Sushi Bay, they only care about rushing you in and out so they can make as much money as they can. Staff and owner are pitiful.

Love the food here. I wished their dining was open but takeout is easy to order online and fairly quick. Staff is always nice and they’re organized because it gets busy there. Food is fresh, packaged well, and I love that they give you pickled ginger if you ask. My favorite is the spicy scallop. Their udon soup is yummy too.

Everything was great except the rice that was used. It was a little dry with some grainy parts. Portions were generous and tasty. Staff was real friendly during the take out only operation.

I bought the mix don. I was very impressed with the fish to rice ratio and the quality fresh sashimi. Very reasonable price. I intend to return when in the area.
