Why are you all taking reservations for a restaurant that is closed. I was really looking forward to a good dinner with my wife for our anniversary. we got there a little early and noticed that the restaurant lights were off and no one in sight. Reservations was at 7pm waited until 7:30 before we decided to have dinner elsewhere. On the way back to our car we passed by and for sure they we closed. Very upset that you all are still taking reservations, I'm sure my wife won't forget our 35th wedding anniversary that was ruined!
MAde reservation. Called this place 20 times noone answered. Showed up to the restaurant and they are closed. Should change your voicemail so people dont waste their time.
We had special guests come in from California wanted to take them there. When we got there it was closed not sure if temporary or for good. Heard the next day that there is a financial dispute with employees not getting paid. Recording still says they’re open. Was really disappointed.
Sugarcane turned out to be close at the time of our reservation. We had to find another place to eat last minute.
This restaurant was not open. They should have not been on OpenTable if they were not open.
I made a reservation well in advance since I've had trouble getting a reservation in the past. My party and I show up to the restaurant and the doors were locked and the lights were off. I tried calling the restaurant to be sure, but nobody answered. When I used Google to look up the hours, the restaurant hours do not match the hours on this app. We luckily found something near by that could seat us right away.
We confirmed the 7pm reservation via your app. When we arrived, the location was closed. And dark. Your app use to be dependable…. No more. We will go back to calling the location directly. Another great app that grew without quality assurance
We arrived and the restaurant was not open, with no signage about why they were closed. Other parties were just as confused as us. One of them was a special occasion that had booked well in advance so it was very disappointing to have no information at all.
Open table booked a reservation for 2 for 8pm Saturday 3-11-22. They were clearly closed and even the phone message of sugarcane was taking messages. It was my wife and I’s second wedding anniversary and they ruined the night. We had to eat at okame because it was too late to get a table anywhere else.
