Ordered 4 subs last night, on the 24 November. There was a Justin and a trainee and some other guy. Noticed spinach was very bad looking and the pickles were pink. Yes, they were pink. I thought it would be ok. Now here we are, household has bad stomach problems on Thanksgiving day. Please ask a restraunt, follow food standards. Also this Justin needs a attitude adjustment. I come In here often and this person always acts like they have attitude and hate life, and hate customers. Mark my words, next time, I will say something, then I will refer back to this review! Watch me!
I hope this is the one on Farrington. Anyway i went in after a long blessed day at work. Had to pick up a sandwich for my hubby. A turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The wonderful guy assisted me and made a perfect sandwich. But he genuinely was very kind helpful and made my husbands sandwich to a t. Standard Subway location in large shopping complex. I went on Saturday around 7PM and they were open and had some foot traffic. Three people on staff so line moved efficiently and they honored nationwide promos unlike some other franchise locations I have been to on island. Service was good as staff was knowledge and courteous. based on other reviews I am sure it depends on who is helping you. I had a good experience. ingredients were fresh, bread was toasted well and they had the three sandwiches I wanted. I'd recommend this location if you are in the area.
The service was ok but the food was horrible! My sandwich had two pieces of cut plastic in it! I saw the manager the next day about this and showed her the pieces of plastic to which she said, "Oh I know what happened...that must have gotten cut and left in during prep, sorry". Sooo, is this a regular occurrence that plastic is cut and left in meat and ingredients during prep? Disgusting and dangerous. Save you time and money and do NOT eat here.
Not going back to this location. Customer service is horrible. Walked in with 2 other people in front of me and the workers decide to ignore the line that was forming and keep organizing the bread or whatever else they were doing. I go up to order and the guy doing my sandwich is giving me attitude and asking me what I want on my sandwich very rudely. Then when I specifically ask for EXTRA cucumbers, he literally gives me 4! Ridiculous.
Always gets my order right and quick!!!!!
