These four stars totally belong to the service team. Our visit included some awesome service and I couldn’t praise them more. The food is okay, about what can be expected from a chain restaurant. The spicy crispy chicken was a bit gristly and the buffalo sauce was much overdone, like the cooks got excited that someone ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The building is pretty antiquated with 1970ish style and missing ceiling tiles, I presume from water leaks. All in all, the service is what made this visit pleasant.
The thing I like about Ruby's Tuesdays is it there a nicer environment than the restaurant next door. But they're priced about the same. The food is even a better quality and grade than the restaurant next door. In other words they produce decent food at a reasonable price and the eating space is nicer than restaurants equivalent price
Steak was horrible. There was no meat mostly all fat and it was cold and raw. They didn’t even try to make it right for us. I would never come back here again.
Had the New Orleans Seafood, white fish with shrimp creole sauce. Fish was a little bland but with the sauce, it was fantastic. Hannah banana was our server and was on it like the hornet. Thank you Hanna for great service and suggestions!
Good food and very attentive waitress, my only gripe is the place looks a little run down. Also noticed the salad bar is open again so feels like pre-pandemic days.

My wife and I have visited several times for a quick sit-down meal while out running errands. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is great. I would definitely recommend over any fast food places if you are looking for a quick and easy place to dine in.

Tried the local eats menu and had the pork. Definitely yummy. Mariah is very sweet.
