I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless chicken wings. HUGE MISTAKE! The chicken was SO SALTY that it’s given me and my husband horrible headaches. To add insult to injury, when I tried calling them to speak with a manager, I got transferred to a mainland number and got a recording saying they are closed. I ordered my food at 3:45 pm and received it at 4:34 pm. I then took to the web and tried clicking on the “CONTACT US” which also, like their food and their service......DOESN’T WORK! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!!! I’m fricken pissed. I want my money back and I refuse to accept “NO” for an answer. I’m usually very patient and understanding but you folks really pissed me off today and I won’t EVER be buying from you folks again!
Take care of the packaging a little better. Box was damaged and partially open which brought a bit of concern.
I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. It included free cinnamon sticks as a birthday present. However, the Kapolei rep. Marisa(sp?) took care of the problem and notified the Kaneohe store to include the free cinnamon sticks. When I got to the Kaneohe store the pizza and cinnamon sticks were ready to go and very delicious!
I order pretty frequently from Pizza Hut. This was the 1st time we did not enjoy the pizza. The crust was super dry, tasted like old pizza, and there was hardly any sauce on the pizza which made it even harder to eat. On my order, I even asked for extra sauce, but it seemed like there was none. The pasta, breadsticks and chicken were good, but the pizza was very dry and disappointing.
Used app for contactless order. Nobody came out after 5 minutes. Husband went in to get pizza and said the place was crowded with no one to help for awhile. When we finally got home with the pizza it was as if they reheated an old pizza.
First time ordering online, choose contactless pickup, waited outside for 15 minutes and nobody came out to see if I was outside waiting, no phone call. I had to go into the store and then was told the order was not down, but then they pulled my order out of the warmer, by this time it had been one hour since I ordered. The pizza was soggy by this time

I did not know until I placed and PAID for the order that the delivery was going to take 99 minutes. Your delivery time should be revealed prior to payment! When I called to change to pick up the rep said they would have to refund my card and take another order and I would have to pay again! Then she said the pick up was still going to take 90 minutes. I went to Papa Johns and the delivery was going to take 90 minutes also - but at least I got to call their store and they were able to change it to pick up in 30 minutes AND they credited my card for the delivery fee AND they gave me bottles of soda for the inconvenience! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
Food was hot and ready when I arrived. People were friendly too. Excellent service!
I ordered at 7:50p. Expect delivery time was 59 to 69 mins. Notified order was out for delivery at 8:17p, awesome. Called to locate my order at 9:11p. Pizza arrives at 9:25. Some pizzas were delivered barely warm to room temp. Chicken wings were spilt and running through the bag. Pizzas were OK quality.
