I had a pretty frustrating trip here. I ordered a large works and a medium 2-topping over the phone and it ended up being $60! When I picked it up, there was a sign with specials that said 2 large specialty pizzas for $32. I was beyond frustrated that whoever took the order did not tell me about the special. When I brought it to the Manager's attention, they did not fix the price. The pizza was fine, but not worth the money. Would not recommend.
I ordered philly cheesesteak pizza today and paid extra cheese for it but they put bare minimum cheese on it. Dont ever pay for extra stuff in this store. This location trying to save money on toppings. Costco makes better pizza.

Ordering online is good, saves a lot of time and hassle having to hear specials over the phone.Decided to pick up because it's a lot faster than waiting for delivery, and the driver getting lost? because our location is not located on the map.Anyways we ordered the New York style pizza, and I thought the toppings are supposed to hit the edges, but it just looked like a normal xl pizza.. which was a bummer, but course not a deal breaker. That is the only reason for the less star.Order wings, a small hawaiian pizza, and a papadeia. Which were all good.
The Papa Johns Website states that this store is open until 11pm. This is a blatant lie. Due to Papa John's consistent inability to hire delivery drivers or staff this location is incapable of delivering past 8:30 pm. Unfortunately the delivery website will not inform you of this fact until after you attempt to place an order. I would give it a 0/10 but unfortunately Papa Johns does not allow for this. Recommend either Dominoes or California Pizza Kitchen, both of whom are located within 2 miles for consistent, quality service.
We ordered from this location and never received the order. We waited over two hours before Door Dash (who they use to deliver) contacted us and asked if we picked up the delivery. We were confused because we did not pick it up. We attempted to contact the Papa Johns which apparently had turned off their phones. Neither Door Dash or we could contact the store for a refund. I do not recommend anyone order from this store.
Good food, always hot and ready to roll. My only reoccuring issue with this place is sauces. My usually orders extra sauces and they always forget them. The receipt you get in the store is not itemized either so if you are sent to pick up food by someone else and don't have their order on hand, you are at the mercy of the workers whuch for us usually results in missing sauces.
I got delivered the coldest pizza of all time. Shockingly bad.

I work at Geico here in Kapolei.I decided to buy 3 pizzas and share with our team.Unfortunately the pizzas were raw and undercookedI called and let them know the situation and the team and manager were very professional to go ahead and send another set of pizza orders over.Instead of complaining and being upset, I respect the team for correcting the mistake without me having to say anything at all.We appreciated the pizzas that came over and we are all overly satisfied with the time efficiency and quality of service we received.Thank you for your professionalism.
