This business sneaks in charges they do not advertise. This is the 3rd time. If you order a bowl or a plate and then add a premium of $1.50, they will charge you an extra $1.50 although they do not advertise it anywhere. The manager kept telling me the menu says if you add a premium it is $1.50 but because it is this type of meat in the premium category, it's another $1.50. NO WHERE IN THEIR PRICING DOES IT SAY THAT. I TOLD HER IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND DISHONEST. If they say the extra $1.50 is to upgrade it to a larger plate, then the argument makes no sense as the bowl is till a bowl; it doesn't enlarge itself. watch your charges. How many people are being ripped off by this dishonesty. As much as I like their food, I will not be wasting my hard earned money at this business.
I agree with Carol, the serving has been small since the pass orders. Last time I did drive through and come home disappointed because the portion was small. This time I wanted to see the portion and look at the server in person. Again it was small and this time I ask the server to add some more. This is my favorite panda place. Manager should look into this matter before its too late. From dine in observation, the server always give small portion. Aghhh

I went to the Panda ? located at the Walmart-Kapolei location. The inside wasn't busy, but it seems drive thru takes priority over walk in customers. I think all customers should be treated equally. The staff member was friendly. He was a bit hesitant in taking my order. (maybe new)I agree in some others reviews when you pay for a plate lunch. You would like to get your money's worth. I felt the staff member was giving me bird food. I ordered 3 bowls. Two with Fried rice and Walnut Shrimp ?...One with noodles and bbq chicken. The bowls looked like he barely put anything on it. When I asked if that all he is going to put on? He said, that's what we have to put on each bowl..I should have made a complaint, but instead. I just ordered a side order of walnut shrimp.Next time I think I will visit the Panda ? by Home Depot-Kapolei. They seem to have a heavy hand and tend to give a little more...
Good representation of a Panda Express. Fast service food comes out good and the staff is nice the inside of restaurant is clean and it’s in a good area. Like that it has a drive thru.
They really be skimpin’ on everything! Barely 6 bites of noodles on my plate. Honey walnut shrimp came with no walnuts and like 6 shrimps. The one in Waipio way better, they load em up! I mean, I’m paying over $10 for a plate plus expensive drink, at least try to impress me.

I always loved pandas. Whenever i cant decide what to eat. Pandas it is. My kids love this place too. Too me it is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend ?
I really miss the sweet fire chicken... I don't understand why it was removed.. not even made to order what the heck?...I am greatly disappointed, pretty soon they will take away the walnut shrimp and then won't see me there again bring back The SWEET FIRE CHICKEN I don't want orange chicken
