When on a whim to try this place out; our waiter was the cook so our drinks never got refilled; specifically told them about my food allergy; throat swells up and I stop breathing. Got our food and after my first bite instantly knew they added beans after I expressed how allergic I am to them! Thank god for the Safeway being in the same parking spot! The worst part about everything; when I said something the man laughed about it as the other waitress said “he said no beans” waste of 60 dollars for food we couldn’t even enjoy or a simple apology

Food was awesome I went with my family and I ordered the carne asada plate, it came with rice beans and salad, it was delicious, my wife ordered the carne asada torta and also delicious the kids ordered rice eggs and beans they liked it. We had some orchata and some mangoneada margaritas they were awesome. The service was excellent and the place was very clean.
Great, authentic flavors. Friendly and fast service. No brewed agua frescas on the menu tho.

Finally was able to get in and try Paco's, we had gone to the other location in town but it was closed for the move out west. But as it was described it was definitely good and worth the trip. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and timely. The salsa is fresh and just the right amount of spice. The food came out hot and fresh and was equally as good. The chicken for the tacos was grilled and chopped VS it being slow cooked and shredded but the flavors were there. The rice and chimichanga we're cooked well and had flavor.Over good experience and good food, give them a try if and when you're in Kapolei
The fried fish tacos were really yummy. The servers seemed almost annoyed of us though? The food was a bit overpriced.

Never againThe food was terrible, meat is tough, dry and no flavor. The service is worse, this place provided a bad experience. Get some wait staff knows how to provide good service .
Happy hour is a great deal and I love their habanero salsa
