This was our very first olive garden kapolei ? experience. We were Greeted by a very friendly professional front of the house staff ? The restaurant was nice clean and busy. Our server nui was ? amazing from start to finish .???food came out fast and all was fresh and ono .. service here is amazing. nui was full of energy and made us very comfortable. treated us like family from the start . She gets ?????..
First time visiting this location and have Olive Garden in a few years. The overall mood of the staff was very pleasant. My hostess was nice and found us a table quickly. My server was very nice and attentive. My food came out in a timely manner and was very hot! ?? Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back again. I had the Tour of Italy and it was very good. The only negative was the bugs outside while we were eating. Other than that, great service and food.
Our timing for an early dinner worked out great!! There was no wait and our waitress Tasia was the best! She was friendly, very informative on the menu and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Her helpers Naia and Anthony were awesome too! You can bet that we'll be back again and certainly see if we can get Tasia to help us again!!
Good location, our server was great and attentive. Very small location though, not ideal for large parties since it gets busy super quick. My party had 7 people in it. They did accommodate us but barely fit comfortably. The food was good, although they can do better on the sauce on their pastas since they were a bit dry because they barely put any in them. This was our first time at this location we went right when they opened the wait time was pretty short and serving times were good. Within the hour every table was full though this was on a Saturday. Will definitely go again at a different time and try something different and see if it's any better.
Had an amazing time here. Service was amazing and the food was great! Haven't had Olive Garden since moving to the island a few years ago, so it was nice getting a mainland treat. We had about an hour wait when we got here, but it was around 4pm on a Saturday so I guess its to be expected.
Starting to get busy again! Great place for fast service and great food! Our waitress Anita was on point! I didn't get the other ladies name, but she was serving our food too. She was just as awesome!
Wanted to try this location even though it was out of the way.Greeted right away and seated right away as well but that's about it. Alot of workers walking by your table as you have no water and no one even acknowledge that you're there.Finally was able to order and food comes out at a reasonable time.Would have been nice to be offered salt and pepper, chili flakes to that sort.Was offered another salad and soup but soup never made it. Server forgot and offered dessert.Sorry but this place feels like it's run by someone who never managed a restaurant before.Jack stands just left in the middle of the dining room for no reason.If you have to wait foe a table, better off eating somewhere else nearby.
I'm going to give 2 stars for this initial take-out experience and I hope to be able to give more stars later.... if we ever decide to dine here again.We placed our take-out order 2 hours prior to dinner so our pick up time was 7:10pm. My wife arrived at the establishment at 7:12 and she was told, "I think your order is not quite ready yet, just give it a few minutes."At 7:35pm a manager came and asked if all of the people in the reception area was waiting for take out. My wife informed him that she's been waiting for 25 minutes. He went to check on our order and when he returned, he said that they were just waiting for 1 more item. My wife then asked if our food was still going to be hot since one of the bags that he was handing to her was already on the table when she first arrived.40 minutes after our original pick up time (which was the time the restaurant gave us by the way), my wife left with our 8 meals, 3 appetizers and 2 desserts.We order take-out at least 3 times a week from different restaurants in Kapolei and this by far is the longest wait time ever.Most of the family enjoyed the taste of their food (salmon, chicken parm, chicken fettuccine, shrimp fettuccine) with the exception of the lasagna (cold to the point that the cheese was no longer melted) and the spaghetti from the kids menu (like seriously, this is the first time any of my 4 children didn't enjoy spaghetti and we're talking about 20 years worth of ordering kids menu spaghetti). Oh, and all of the fried appetizers were soggy and we needed to put them in the oven.Hopefully the dessert alone will be worth a star but I'm not sure wh
We arrived at 5:30 and we had a table within 10 minutes. That was great! Everything else was garbage. We sat for almost 15 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. After we were finally asked what we wanted to eat it took almost 30 minutes to get our soup and salad 15 more minutes for breadsticks and another FORTY minutes before the kids got their food. We are still at the restaurant (now going on an hour and twenty six minutes) and after receiving only one refill on our drinks the entire time, we are waiting on our check so we can hopefully get the kids in bed before bedtime. I understand it’s a new restaurant and incredibly busy, but we’re from the mainland and I have never had a bad experience at Olive Garden until now. We were incredibly disappointed. Hopefully the service improves over time because I love Olive Garden.
We are super excited about Olive Garden to open down here. Food is super delicious and fresh. The restaurant has a few hiccups, but understandable since this is a new restaurant with only two locations on the island. Thank you for making things right. And good luck
