Mondo Tacos, which is conveniently located in front of the Kapolei Home Depot, is an excellent option for a lunch or supper on the go. They provide a variety of Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, carne asada fries, and deep-fried twinkies, among other options. Guacamole with a carne asada burrito seemed like a good combination, so I went ahead and ordered it. The burrito had a fantastic amount of filling, and the tastes were spot on. The aesthetic is undeniably more typical of California. The strawberry agua fresca was another one of my favorites at the restaurant. The burrito's savory flavors went very well with the burrito's sweet and reviving taste.
Had the fries with carne asada (steak) and the quesadilla with carne asada great combination of flavors ?. A must stop if your on that side of the island. Was on our list and we weren’t disappointed. Food was great ??
The quesadillas and carne asada fries were delicious!! & Their agua frescas (strawberry mixed mango) were amazing as well! Will definitely be returning
Ordered birria tacos and it was not birria meat and the broth lacked flavor. Wasn’t bad but definitely not birria

Food was convient after shopping at home depot. Ive been to alot of taco food trucks here although it is not the best or most delicious it isnt the worst. It was okay, if your looking for authentic mexican food this isnt for you but if you arent try it out. I got the Carnitas, Chicken, and Carne asada. I do not know which one was my favorite due to all of them tasting very similar guessing they use the same marinate for all of their meats. I give it 2/5 for taste but 3/5 for convience, good service, and the price. You get a good amount of food for what you pay for.
It's a small food truck outside HD, but they've got great taste. The menu is chock full of a variety of things i can't wait to go back and try. We had the carne asada and birria tacos.The carne wasn't the absolute greatest, could've simply used more salt perhaps, but the birria was excellent.Horchata was phenomenal. The prices are good for the quality+amount, and there was a little bit of a wait, but still broke da mouth.
Flavor was on point. Juicy meat, fresh ingredients. Dessert was great too ??
After finishing in Home Depot stopped by the food truck for a quick bite. What a hidden gem. Great food, fast, and friendly. If your there stop by, you won't regret it. Thanks guys. Be back soon.
Love this place.. they use tri tip as their beef selection for their car rne asada.. excellent choice ?
