I ordered a breakfast platter. There was a little more then a small scoop of rice. I walked into the store to exchange it for another platter. I ended up getting a refund because the lady didn’t see anything wrong with the order. I ordered a $3.99 bundle and ended up paying $7.24 after I told her that I wanted the $3.99 bundle. I didn’t want to argue. Not eating here again.
Don’t waste your time, no ice cream
This place is super busy. They have kiosks to order but after you get done ordering it wants a tent number (the little plastic things you put on your table) and there are none available. So after all of that you are forced to wait in line to order. They also don't do drink refills unlike other McDonald's in the area. Did I mention it was very busy? It took a long while just to get drinks since their self service machine isn't open.
At drive through told to just pull forward to wait, not familiar with this McDonald's so didn't see wait stall right away, but didn't matter because once I saw them they were full. Before I could pull into one that became empty got yelled at by people driving by. Gave up & went inside to get my money back was told 3 times OK & finally just left without my money. Got to be a better way to get organized at least let customers know don't say we'll be right with you when it's going to be a 15 minute wait.
Pathetic service, came home with my chicken sandwich doesn’t have sauce in it and they never provide ketchup or ask for it. I didn’t enjoy my dinner. Check your orders on spot please when you go drive through
I ordered 2 combonation meals both large size (1 Quarter Pounder sandwich & 1 Ten Piece Chicken Nuggets with BBQ Sauce).The Quarter Pounder sandwich was good, it seemed like it was just made because it was still hot when I was about to eat. However, the Nuggets were not hot & it was not crispy either. They forgot to give me my BBQ sauces as well. Also, I got 2 way different sizes of French Fries. 1 size was either a Large or a Super Sized container of Fries, & the other was a Small or a Medium Sized container of Fries. I have no idea. It was not Clearly not the same size. They should have mentioed that when giving the food to me.
Dining area is still closed at this location despite the governors lifting of restrictions for restaurants. Always busy at lunch time with both drive thru lines packed.
Waited over half an hour for food, then missing mcnugget sauce
I've come here a dozen times, they get my order wrong all the time. Last night they forgot my fries then when i came back they wouldn't give me fresh fries, but instead gave me the original ones for my order that had been sitting there
Love the local deluxe breakfast with spam, sausage and rice.
