We had really bad experience on this McDonald, order online n end up picking it up inside the restaurant. We waited for our food for almost 30 minutes and when we finally got it food not even fresh. Fish portions itself very dry n hard on the edges,obviously it's been sitting in their warmer cabinet beyond the time limit. Very disappointing ? ??.
Pretty standard McDonalds. Parking lot is a little cramped but the service was quick.Update as of March 19, 2022: dining room has reopened but masks are still required. Food is still pretty good, service can be a little slow at times but nothing terrible.
The fish sandwich was good, it seems to be getting smaller in size.
Always a good place to get food when you are on the go and they have drive thru service.
My early morning visit to this McDonalds was the same as almost any other McDonalds. I used the drive thru with one car ahead of me, minimal wait. Staff was very courteous and efficient food was standard McDonalds fare, again great consistency where you know what your order will typically be like.
My family and I are staycationing are Koolina to celebrate my mom’s 99th birthday today. Woke up early to buy breakfast at McDonalds Farrington Highway Kapolei.When I open the bag I was dismayed that my order was incomplete!!! When I called to inform them of their mistake they just said I can come by any time to pick up the missing food!To the crew working this morning, you disappointed me for being careless and inefficient. Next time you have a large order you should double check what you put inside the bag so you won’t ruin the morning of your customers. Do a better job net time!
Just wish that the 2nd speaker was more on it with treating guests. Instead of saying order when you're ready. Or the fact that I just pulled in, was the only car and was asked to wait.. what felt like 5 mins.. and then told.. to order when I was ready, as if I was the one being waited on . Like I told her to wait. It felt a little rude and kind of upset me. Team members need to be reminded about guests service, thanking to return and how to greet us. Some days they girl at the window just hands things out and says nothing.

Was too early to order lunch so ordered breakfast. Ordered portugese sausage, eggs and rice. Sausage was terrible. So hard, as if they were sitting under the lamp for hours!
