Expensive for average food. Lines are always very long as there are not many other options except poolside service, which can take awhile and is also very expensive. Very few options as well
Normally, I love the unique watermelon dole whip they sell, but new policies restrict sales to ONLY guests staying at the resort. I don’t understand how that makes it safer (from Covid) since it’s an outdoor snack shack, and patrons should be able to show proof of vaccination or negative test if that was a requirement/concern. Extremely disappointed. No Aloha here for locals or other visitors. I hope Disney revisits their policy and considers modifying their rules.
We have been coming here since it reopened post-covid lockdown for the dole whip while we lounge on the beach. It was great and the kids loved it. However, they just changed their policy and will now only serve guests of the hotel, despite being open to the main walkway. So today, for my son’s birthday, we pass by and go to buy a some dole whip but get turned away. Their reasoning is a new covid policy, yet they served locals before now so this doesn’t make any sense. Que, upset birthday kid. This doesn’t seem like Disney magic to me. Unfriendly to locals and no aloha. I would expect more from Disney
The rudest service person I have ever personally beheld in 30+ years of Disney experience. Just wanted two Mickey Mouse Ice Creams and that Dole Whip that I can get down the road in Wahiawa. But sister Jae Dee? I can't stop being white and I will be here for a while. So get used to it and remember that it is not your little Kau Kau stand...one has been there before and one will come after you. Mahalo.

My sister went down early and got a wrap. My kid wanted the same wrap at 12 p.m., so we went down, and were informed they were out of food. Okay.....

2 weeks at Aulani, we only ordered the Dole Whip (many times) because the menu did not have much to offer.
Make sure you try the guave or POG dole whip floats! They also have a Blue Hawaii infused with dole whip!
Way overpriced, but they have the Dole Soft Serve, which is great for when you've been out in the sun at the beach.
