Overall was good but we felt that for a buffet at the price point at the Four Seasons the quality could have been better especially the seafood and the dessert selection. The ambiance and the service were all great. However just for the food I think we'd go back to another hotel's buffet we've been to instead of here.
Service was exceptional, food met expectations, and staff were friendly. Ambiance was scenic with some noise next to the pool, but still relaxing.
Our wait person Justin was fantastic! His recommendations were right on point. Everything was delicious! Justin responded to a tiny issue with professionalism. He took extra steps to make everything right! Weâd go again in a heartbeat.
So happy that the La hiki Kitchen Brunch Buffet is back since Pandemic happened. I was so happy with the amount of choices given at the buffet. The seafood selection was good with snow crab legs, jumbo shrimp, poke, california rolls. There was also prime rib, pork panchetta and dimsum station. also brunch options and Lobster tail! I also loved the sunday icecream station which provided, candied macadamia nuts, sprinkles, whip cream and chocolate syrup. The staff was very friendly and they were accommodating. Will definitely come back!
Food was decent/ok but nothing to write home about. I think this is more of a $70 meal than $95/person (12 & up). Seafood was a bit undercooked for me. No comparison to Bacchanal in Vegas & honestly the Aulani Buffett is better..at least I get a show with it! Service: I had higher expectations as this is the Four Seasons. But we constantly had to ask for water, only offered 1 refill on drinks, and was not informed that with a 1:30pm reservation weâd only have 1 hour to eat. Last call was at 2:45pm & we were seated late although we checked in 5 minutes before our reservation. Even higher end restaurants now-a-days give you 90 minutes on average for dinning. I made my reservation in advance & even called the restaurant twice to confirm & never once did they mention that my meal was going to be cut short. I felt rushed as there was a line to get food when we arrived. Server came to inform us it was last call some stations had already closed (ramen; I had to wait 5 minutes for them to make more) & many dishes had not been refilled. - The charcuterie station: the slices of cheese were sweating, stuck together, & not appetizing at all - I saw flies landing on several dishes - prime rib was delicious & seasoned well - mediocre desserts but the ice cream station was good
Food was okay, food service was great, but the valet was terrible. Blocking all lanes so no one could drive was embarrassing. For the 4 Seasons, one could argue why tip the valet of this is gonna happen!?
The staff and service is amazing! The cleanliness is great!
As one of the few premier buffets on Oahu, La Hiki was disappointing for these reasons: dim sum seemed like it came out of a frozen bag you could buy anywhere, sushi selection did not include any nigiri or hand roll choices. Expected way more for the price. Hot entrees nothing special. Best thing is lobster tail and prime rib. Sundae bar was a choice of vanilla or choc. Service was good & outdoor seating felt safe. But everyone serving themselves felt unsafe with the trade off being you could just help yourself. Live music was great but it made talking difficult at our table. For a luxury hotel/buffet, this was very disappointing. Orchids beats them hands down.
The food was very good whether you ate from the buffet or ordered an entreee. Buffet had some really neat items such as fried rice and dim sun. Staff though was the best part. Always greeted us with a smile and remembered our names
Nice service, high quality food, and amazing view. I loved it
