Great place to burn some energy! Lots of places for kids to play with. Bring non-slip socks because you need them. Very safe, could let my kids run around and stay at a table. Will come here again.
My kids had a blast here! The workers were constantly sanitizing, they all wore masks as well. 2 hours for $20 a kid.
Avoid this location!!!Go to Honolulu! This one does smells like MOLD and steals your money wouldn’t give refund when I asked in person after I said I am not comfortable letting my child play here.No restrooms, so if you have potty trained children or are pregnant.. good luck
We had a GREAT time. Facility is clean & routinely sanitized. Workers are CONSTANTLY fixing and re-staging play areas. Rooms for breast & formula feeding available. We went on a Tuesday to avoid larger crowds because little one is under 2. It was fantastic and we will be back.
Here’s the issue, the Kapolei location has NO bathroom!!! i wish this was more clear. for a place that is dedicated to children I feel like it should be required. Many children are potty training or being a single parent means I have to drag my child out and walk to the nearest bathroom. not the easiest when they don’t want to leave! my child enjoys it here which is why I come but I hate this location just for this reason. I love how organized they keep it but sometimes it’s overbearing.
We regularly visit this place and have no problems with the staff or the facility. Today we came and we’re informed that they will no longer honor the military discount for dependents. This was annoying considering it’s usually the spouse that would bring the kids to a place like this being that the military member would be working. It’s already ridiculous that they would charge the parents to enter being that it’s not a drop your kid off and play park and that you are required to stay. I hope that extra $5 is worth losing a big population on the island.
Went there with 1yo. Plenty to do for two hours and I really appreciated staff going and constantly ranging toys. No toilets there, just diaper changer but restrooms are less then minute away outside. Pic showing toddlers area.
Went to their website to make a reservation for the kapolei location, but there was no way to do it online. Instead, there was a button to call to book. I called and was told I can just walk in today. When I got there I’m told it’s closed for a private party. The look of disappointment on my 7 y/o’s face was heartbreaking. It turns out they route all calls to Honolulu, but they don’t bother telling you that when you call.
So many people and kids without masks, parents on or in the equipment crowding other kids. Would be an awesome place if they actually enforced any of their rules.
