I was a bit disappointed that the last two times my coworkers and I ordered lunch the order was incorrect/not made at all, but the staff is great and today the manager went out of her way to help resolve an issue and that really stood out. Thank you so much & we will definitely be coming back!
I love this location! I’ve had brown lettuce before which was a lil disappointing but the staff is amazing! It’s always friendly and the team here is professional always working hard! Been to jersey mikes all over the us but this is my fav cause of the team!

Im sure it’s no surprise to say that Jersey Mike sub is a Jersey Mike sub. The sub tasted just like any other location.Maybe it was specific to the time i visited, however the couple improvements I can recommend is that the inside of the store was not that clean. They have couple tables that you can use to eat inside and though all the available with no one eating, the tables were fairly dirty. The store was not busy either.Additionally, maybe it’s the masks, however i didn’t get the welcoming vibe from the employees. Sure, they took my order and made my sandwich, but that was it—sorta like a robot. Like i said, it may be the mask, but im not sure if i would dine in again...
I've been craving their Phylli Cheasesteak subs for 2weeks. I go here to order and they were out of STEAK! They were also out of certain chips. Please do your inventory thanks!
They actually clean the soda nozzles here! Super clean! Delicious food! Awesome staff!!!!! Make it a priority to come here if you love Jersey Mike's!
Love Jersey Mikes Kapolei but today the service was awful. The music was so loud that everyone had to yell to get our order in which caused confusion with the worker who didn’t hear me say I wanted the meal deal.Also, while ordering my food, another employee (assuming) sat at the tables, no mask, feet on chairs talking to the gentleman who is assisting me about who else will be working today.Very disappointed with the service today. I hope these issues are addressed. We really do love the sandwiches.
Don't go here. With or without a pandemic it is unacceptable to serve food to a customer that unbeknownst to them another customer touched. The staff was preoccupied with an online order and gave me the wrong sandwich. They thought it was just fine to wrap it back up and place back in the bag for the customer who hadn't yet arrived for their online order. Gross.
Sammiches. They got em. Still concerned by any red meat here from the times I have ordered it and I got extra rare. Turkey sandwiches here are good.
