Edit 4/21/22Was in line 9:20p past the entrance to Aloha. Waited in line for about 35 minutes before getting my food. Food was good. Order was taken with ease. Josie could here me well. Had at least 3 workers in the front. Order was fulfilled as ordered, no mistakes.One of few places open late. Line can get long, but quick service. Only reason why it would be slow, is if the pos had to reboot.
I like it that they are open and it's convenient for me, especially late at night ?
No answer the phone, put shells in sanwich, and act dumb.
Visited Jack in the Box Kapolei while waiting for the dog groomer to finished grooming the dogs. I used the drive through which went very smooth with staff being friendly courteous and efficient. The exit out of Jack in the Box leads to a stop light that makes for easy left hand turns. Not much else to say about a fast food drive through when all I ordered was a Macadamia milk shake but then it was a good milk shake which is one item I enjoy from Jack in the Box.
They always seems to never know what they are doing the food is ok, not something I would eat every day but ok for the once in a while.
Love the chicken ?sandwich box and the grilled cheese munchies box!
Cluck chicken sandwich was good. Rest of menu was meh
The fries weren't really salted and my burger was underwhelming. The pita fell apart after one bite.
If you have s problem with order make sure you see Manager John during the nite shifts. Very happy with treatment at this resturant. Very good prices. Munchi meals are better than Mcdonald's value meal.5 stars
Inconsistent quality but relatively quick and friendly service. Cleanliness of grounds around restaurant could use a little more attention.
