Boba is good and drink prices are pretty reasonable! The convenience store snack prices are extremely reasonable!FYI: There is signage stating that the Boba is made fresh daily and can take up to an hour -- good things come to those who wait! The boba is very tender with a slight chew -- the best kind!Parking: private lot.Atmosphere: it's a mini convenience store for light snacks, sweets, and of course boba tea!Menu: posted on the exterior windows, on the back wall behind the register, and in case you missed it, right in front of you when you order!Service: I recommend grabbing the snacks you want first and paying for them and your drink at the same time. There is minimal wait time for your drink -- they are fast! When you order, you can customize sweetness level and ice level -- the fruit teas tend to be sweeter than the smoothies.The Fruit Teas and slush are average in my opinion. If you get something here, go wild and get something you wouldn't normally find at any other bubble tea joint.The smoothies here are pretty dang good. I recommend the Tiger Milk Smoothie!You can get a "Thai Wall" added to your drink for an additional charge. It is a layer of condensed milk added to line the inner walls of your drink cup.Turtle Chips: Oh my god. I have found a new favorite snack! There's a reason they are at the front of the store. I love the flavor of these chips and they taste exactly like seasoned sweet corn but in chip form! I bought one bag to try and then went back in and bought 3 more! The chocolate churro flavor isn't too bad either!
What a great place to stop off at for a refreshing boba treat! Love that you get up to 3 toppings with your drink! We love the honeydew the best! They've got tons of other snacks to choose from as well!
I admit the large Smothie that I ordered was so cheap for $6 if you are in a budget, I fell bad to the guy though who work by himself he do casheir and make all orders but he manage to keep up.
Amazing service!!!I had accidentally cracked the side of my cup so I went back inside and simply asked if I could just get a new cup so that I could pour one into the other, instead the lady working the counter made me a whole new smoothie with no extra charge.100/10Ps best boba I’ve had !!!
Yummy?! Got two drinks wintermelon with milk and no milk. So good. Cups are so cute.We grabbed some snacks too. Quick service!
You'd never know they could pack so much awesome stuff in such a small space. Great selection of snacks and drinks awesome menu and friendly staff.
Came here because I wanted to try a new boba spot since I always stick to my usual places and it had pretty good ratings. Got there when it first opened and it had a line already. They didn't have oolong milk tea anymore so I ordered a large black tea with 25% sugar and half a scoop of boba. Took one sip and immediately thought I've had better and won't be back. Wanted to go back and get a refund but decided I just go to the next boba place instead. Disappointed to say the least
Cannot be beat the lady who took our order knew from memory what we wanted. Now that is customer service to the max....

Super quick service, and helpful when I had questions about the menu. Tried the li hing mui ice tea and enjoy the sweet and sour flavors. We ordered five drinks total and they were done super fast. Snacks are also a great value.
