Great food and AMAZING SHOWI loved the portions of the show that they let you come on stage and do stuff. It's so very fun !Bar is slow, friendly service, seating was great throughout. Little disappointing woth the VIP package that we didn't get front seats. Food was great and buffet style was awesome. The leis are pretty, the show was fabulous ?? and the photos after were so fun!

I have read some reviews and let me say, please don’t let that influence your decision to come. This place was amazing! First, I read some reviews about this luau being on sand. Let me say that this is a plus. This location is on the beach! Beautiful sights and sounds. Next, food. They call you by table which makes the lines move pretty quickly. They even allow you to get seconds if you want. Taste? So delicious. I absolutely loved the kalua pork. We did not wait long in the drink line either. We were able to redeem all our drink passes without a long wait. Dancers? Again, they did not disappoint. The show was very entertaining. Advice? Make sure you purchase a souvenir cup prior to redeeming any drink tickets. $15 extra gets you double the drinks (size wise) and you get to keep the tiki cup.

This was my first luau with Germaines and my feelings are a bit mixed but I will explain.Essentially my parents purchased 4 tickets which includes 2 drink tickets per person (as there were four of us). However the check in counter only gave us three tickets and we didn't even notice until seated. So my father went back and explained we weren't given all our tickets. He even showed his online receipt explaining there were four of us. They denied him the missing tickets. So he had to escalate the issue to a supervisor who at first didn't want to issue the tickets we were owed. This soured our experience greatly.Instead of simply accepting a mistake they made us feel like we were trying to get extra drink tickets. So not off to a great start with the customer service. Ultimately we were given the tickets, but not without making us feel like thieves. To me, that's not great customer service. The optimal resolution would have been to admit the tickets were left out, and simply re-issue them, and welcome us to the luau with open arms and have fun.The rest of the luau itself was a bit like a Vegas show instead of a traditional authentic luau, which is more the experience I personally was hoping for as we had experienced in the past on another island.Did we eventually calm down and enjoy ourselves? Yes. Was the show a bit campy and meant to entertain? Yes. So we decided to make the best of it. Are we going to ever come back? No.I guess the lesson is always check your tickets before leaving the check in area, because they only care about the bottom line dollar instead of the customer experience. My expectations were soured, so hopefully yours won't be.

If you ever come to Hawaii, yahll need to come to a luau! The culture experience and the buffet food is a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was perfect, but come early for good seats. The bathrooms are pretty decently cleaned. There is a full bar. The regular tickets come with 2 free adult beverages. They do allow you to go up for seconds but only after everyone had their first plates.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great food that was very filling. I suggest getting their souvenir cup so you can get double the drinks with your free tickets. A lot less trips to the bar. Also suggest getting the Premium seats because it comes with VIP lines and priority when getting food. Such great dancers and the fire dancer was the best part.

Really fun show and food was good. It’s a VERY long way from downtown or the beaches but worth the drive. Entire dining area is sand so do not wear closed shoes!

This was a great experience. We paid for the upgrade which included round trip bus transport, free photos, first grouping to get food. The bus ride was for the most part good nothing really stood out. The got us there and back safely. The food was good. However my only issue of the night was the seating. I cannot stand wooden bench seating and that is exactly what we got in the form of wooden picnic tables. The blue Hawaiian was awesome. I did drink it virgin style. Very happy with the experience.

What a great entertaining evening! We did the VIP seating and had great pictures and seating for the event. The show was amazing! Family style picnic seating allowed us to get to know other guests. Recommended by locals as a great authentic show! Highly recommend

Germaine's Luau is a happy place! You smell the roasted pig wafting through the air while listening to and watching beautiful singing and dancing from the Native people. The drinks are good and strong but the menu is limited. The food is great and you can go back as many times as you want until you get satisfied! They are very interactive with the audience even inviting people up to the stage! Really great times!

such a great time and good food. wonderful kind people
