The food was good and reasonably priced and they have a lot of options to choose from and you get to order your food right from your table and this little train brings it out to you. It reminded me of being a kid, but also cool little concept to stick out from other restaurants and you can really get to enjoy your company that you are with. Without any interruptions because you get to order from the kiosk right at your table. I hope this helps you out and have a great day

Got a few meals here and found my rolls and nigiri to be reliably fresh each time (including the rice). Beware that their online ordering can be glitchy. Call ahead to make sure they got the order before leaving.

This location is a lot more expensive than others. Funny thing is, this place was a little dirty. There were napkins on the floor, a used straw in the napkin container, and the table and chairs were sticky. Sushi wasn't that great either, their spicy tuna nigirj was so small... for $4.55!!! The best thing about this location is Crumbl Cookies next door.

I ordered gyoza and two cut rolls. I received a delivery after 9pm of three out of six pieces of gyoza, 4 out of 8 pieces of a CA cut roll and 4 out of 8 pieces of a spicy tuna cut roll. When trying to call these people no one answered the phone and I am soo sure they knew they could get away with ripping me off by charging me more than $32 for rolls that looked like someone ate half of them before delivering them to me. WTH! I don't value local pride in petty theft. You will roll the dice ordering from this food place and why take the risk when there are other sushi places doing it better and cheaper. Buyer beware, if you feel off ordering here trust your gut, go somewhere else.

Awesome food and a fun experience! We got there around 7pm on a Wednesday. There was already quite a line that had formed and we were #16 in line. The estimate wait time was over an hour but we got in around 50 minutes later.Food: we tried several sushis as well as a couple sides and a bowl. Everything was super tasty and the experience of having it served to you on a small bullet train was very novel!Service: once seated, all servers we interacted with were very kind. The sushi chefs were short staffed that night and one of our rolls was a bit delayed but the rest were out in a reasonable amount of time (about 10 minutes). You can only order 4 items at a time so make your next order right after you submit your first one so you don't get stuck waiting for a long time.Cleanliness: the restaurant was very well maintained.

Pros: cute train delivered sushi, good prices.Cons:Long wait times, no interaction with a server -which is fine if you are the kind of person that needs NOTHING when they eat out and doesn't need to modify or ask about what's in anything- and they brought us the wrong bill. Won't be coming back

I'm about to eat here. I'll let you know when I'm done.Hostess did not recognize the State of Hawaii, Safe Travels vaccination information provided on our phone. Insisted on a paper vaccine record and ID. She was very rude about it. Not quite sure why she was so mean. Stupid people are usually pretty nice.

This place was out of this world. It was SO cute, not crazy. It doesn’t serve alcohol so if you’re looking for a drink with your sushi this isn’t the place. If you want top quality service; beautifully made food… then look no further. You have to use the scan code to put your place in line; make sure you bring your mask, ID & vaccination card!!! Enjoy the sushi train! It’s by far the coolest thing I’ve got to experience!

I ordered a miso soup to go today and when I got home I learned there was NOTHING in it except for the broth. No seaweed, no tofu, no green onions or mushrooms. Absolutely NOTHING but broth. I called the restaurant about it and was told “that’s how we serve it when we run out of ingredients.” It would make more sense to let customers know that so they have the option to decide whether they still want to order it rather than withholding that info. If you are going to serve just broth it should at least be good and piping hot!

I love Genki Sushi and I especially love the bullet train tech installed years ago. I just can't give 5 to this specific location because half of the real servers had somewhat attitude like they didn't want to do anything. Still good food but expensive.
