Nice,family friendly,good service

Disclaimer: Yes, the pics I have are of the food, and I'm talking about the hotel and staff, but I'm a food blogger; what do you expect? My IG is bigislandfoodieandtraveler for anyone interested. Hotel Review: This was my second stay here at the @embassykapolei, and this is what I have to say. Every single staff member we interacted with was full of so much aloha. I even asked my mother if she thought the Embassy had some special training employees had to undergo because we couldn't believe how full of aloha everyone was. Everyone was kind, friendly, and courteous. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met--even ordering room service. We wanted hot water, but it wasn't an option on the mobile menu, but Stacy had no problem taking care of our request. During check-in, I showed up three hours early, and I asked if early check-in was available. I let the front desk agent know that I had no problem waiting until 3 pm, but she was more than willing to see what she could do. She was able to move some things around and get us checked in on the spot! Even the housekeeping staff was friendly. When we walked past the housekeepers doing their rounds on our floor, they greeted us and said, "good morning/evening/afternoon!" The property is gorgeous; the room was spectacular, the restaurant (e.g., Sprigs Grille) was top-notch, but the customer service was LEGENDARY. Never in my life have I experienced such natural aloha outside of my family and friends. Everyone at the Embassy in Kapolei made us feel like ohana. Not the little rascal brother that you pick on every day but the grandparents that you cherish, love, and respect, and would do anything for! This was my second stay at this property and both times brought me to tears. I'm not even joking. I am very honest when speaking about my experiences, and I refuse to stay at any other hotel when I'm on Oahu. If I do stay elsewhere, call the cops because I'm obviously being held against my will, lol. All jokes aside, me and my ohana would like to thank everyone at the Embassy Suites for taking such great care of us. I don't know how we could ever repay you, folks, for the degree of aloha you shared, but I promise we'll find a way. Until then, a hui hou.

Great hotel in an excellent location (Kapolei), about 20-25 min west of Honolulu. Lots and lots of places to eat and shop within a few a minutes of the hotel and easy access to the H-1 highway. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of items including fresh omelettes. The fitness center is quite nice as well. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping services were well-organized (need to request housekeeping the day before). Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back for sure in the future!

All the staff are great but watch out for the hostesses for breakfast! If you and your family are local, they will stare at you like you don’t belong there! Even if you check in with one of them and go back to get ANYTHING after you went up once they will stare at you harder!!! The other one will literally run after you like you personally stole something from her even if you already told them how many was in your party. Front desk was amazing. But bad experience with the breakfast hostesses. Wish I could give a higher rating for the service we got from the other people that work there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and this hotel is close to many places to dine and shop. The complimentary breakfast was great and had many selections and daily food offering were varied.

I am currently a guest as I write this. Reid Yoshida, General Manager, should be very proud of this lovely hotel and its staff. Everyone that I have engaged with, including Reid, are so friendly and helpful. They represent the Aloha spirit! The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast buffet and evening reception are delightful and the Sprigs Grille restaurant is favored by locals as well. My experience has been delightful.

Very satisfied. Breakfast was impressive. Beds were very comfortable. Staff members were nice. Pool is small but we didn’t spend much time since beach is close by. Surfing is only 10 mins driving. Nice location with many shops around. Costco gas station is close by which is very helpful when gas price is so high now.

We stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting on our home to be ready for move in. Staff is excellent all around. Hotel is clean, service is prompt, jacuzzi is hot & both restaurants are good. Marissa (front desk) & Greg (bartender) made our stay there exceptionally good.

With so many similar hotels, it’s the staff at Embassy Suites Kapolei that keeps us Hilton for life. Greg, Pukana, Terra, & Justin keep the evening reception very casual and friendly. Instead of just standing behind the bar, Greg is always on the move to keep guests’ drinks filled and snacks stocked. Terra took good care of us one evening when we arrived a few minutes late to the reception, making the family super happy. The morning crew - Gerry, Elizabeth, September and team - take such special care of the guests with breakfasts made to order. To top it all off, the front desk team led by Reed, Marissa, Shinah, & Asia always went over the top meet our needs and knocked it out of the park. They stored our surfboard to make it easy and avoid the hassle of bringing it up to our room daily; and with our being in the middle of a PCS with the military, they allowed us to drop our many bags off a day early, easing our transition. Marissa even facilitated the delivery of my wife’s dress that arrived after our stay and forwarded it to our new home. Lastly, the room itself was always super clean and fresh (huge since we had three young kids in there!) because of the hard work and care of Taysha, Andrea, Romeo and their team. These acts of kindness make all the difference. Mahalo & a hui ho!

Checked in for 18 nights but had to check out after one night. It appears to be imbalance of air conditioning intake and outlet vent size made a hissing sounds at the room door and the door frame. In fact, I had to turn off the air conditioner to fall a sleep. Next morning as I check out, front desk person didn't seems to care much at all when I told her I am checking out early because I couldn't sleep well. She looked at me and didn't say anything.-------------------------------------------------------------I called this hotel next day (6/22/2022 3:50 pm) per owner's reply as below. Recorded message repeated every 40 seconds or so. Basically saying "if you want to change your reservation, press 1, for new reservation press 2,.... hold on to next available agent.. and went around and around.Well, you have all my information such as an email address and phone number so on if you search one who made a reservation for 18 days but checked out after one day on June 21,... you should contact me directly if you really want to discuss this.
