I love Dunkin but this particular location is trash. They make my drink wrong nearly 80% of the time I order from them and the food gets messed up as well.

They have a variety of Munchkins (donut holes) my niece and nephew love them.The specialty drinks are awesome! My mom ordered her Matcha drink, and I ordered a mocha latta...We ordered two dozen donuts to take home to a neighbor who lost a family member. They really enjoyed the donuts and loved the Boston creme donuts and jelly filled donuts from Dunkin Donuts!!Thank you DD in Kapolei!!
Disappointed went to the drive thru, and the guy was rude you could tell he just didn't like his job. Maybe he just had a bad day, but it was a bad experience got our order wrong and said they didn't have any refreshers when it was on the menu and it seems weird that they would be all out? ? could be wrong hope he has a better day though.
Love the coffee and donuts, and all the other snacks too! Also the coolatas and other drinks. Everything I've tried has satisfied.
Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever experienced. This place never has a selection of donuts in the afternoon. It’s 4pm and they are sold out completely, they close at 8! Happens all the time here
Nobody greeted me at the drive thru, so after a long silence, I asked if I could order and the employee said “yeah, waiting on you.” This was already an uncomfortable encounter, but then when I got to the window to pay and receive my order the employees were laughing the entire time. I asked for extra LIQUID sweetener in my iced coffee and they put regular cream and sugar, so there are now sugar crystals in the bottom of my coffee that can’t dissolve since it’s iced.I don’t think I’ve ever been through a drive thru without being greeted or told when to order. Not my only poor experience at this Dunkin’, but definitely my worst.
6-pack mix, frozen chocolate!
Early morning visit to Dunkin Kapolei was outstanding. Walked in and was on deck to order. We got to the cashier in a couple of minutes and ordered chocolate donuts and coffee. The donuts were fresh and tasty. The coffee was very good.

Placed a large order upfront using mobile order for a party, but Dunkin’ now forced mobile orders to wait in the ridiculously long drive through line for 20 minutes. Called the store, and they said they are not allowed to open the door for mobile orders even though they did yesterday and nothing has changed in COVID rules since yesterday. Why even offer a mobile order? At least let the customer know when placing a mobile order that they’d have to still wait in line to pick up.
