Wonderful employees and good food!
High praise for this Dennys! Our server was efficient and friendly. Food was prepared to my exact specifications. Served hot. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. When I observed the busboy he was sanitizing the tables AND their edges, also the booth seats and backs as well as chair seats and chair backs. I was very impressed with the staff and their efforts to keep us safe.

My family and I dined-in at about 6pm on a Tuesday night. 4 adults and 2kids. There was no wait time, but I think it was because we got there at the beginning of the dinner rush. Nice greeting, Customer service was great and our food was delicious!! Hot food was hot, cold drinks were cold. We didn’t need to wait too long. Appetizers were yummy, and our dinner came at the right time. Desserts for the kids. Our server gave us lovely suggestions and we followed through with some. Although the blenders weren’t working on this night so we couldn’t have any milkshakes we were hoping for, but overall it was all good.
Excellent service. Sure they were short staffed but they made sure everyone was taken care of... Our server was goin hard... I appreciate the effort and I hope management increases their pay....good help is hard to find
The experience was not bad. I Asked for my eggs well done they came out a little almost runny_scrambled. The prices went up and the portions got smaller but other than that I mean it wasn't a bad experience that's just the way things are now.
Wasn't expecting a lot but will write a review anyway. Dined in for breakfast. Hostess was courteous, wait was long, service was slow and food was too greasy. Server was very pleasant but couldnt remember everything we needed and never brought silverware. After waiting almost 10 minutes after receiving our food we finally got up and asked the hostess. Doesn't seem like there are enough servers for the amount of people being sat. Again not expecting a lot from a Dennys. This is our 2nd time here and the 1st experience along with food was 10x better. We will most likely dine in one more time before calling it quits.
Party of six for dinner. Two kids and Four adults.Server was Vanassa and another handsome gentleman (Bald guy). The only two servers at Denny's today 3/13/2022. They were very friendly, and attentive for a restaurant that was short staffed tonight.The GM just came in about 5 pm. She was very helpful and she came out to help serve the busy tables.- I love a place that works together as a Team. Especially when they are busy...Since the pandemic. I don't feel comfortable to dine in at restaurants, but Denny's in Kapolei was clean and sanitized. I even noticed that tables were still 6 feet a part. Mask ? still need to be worn until your meal/drink comes.We ordered and the food came out fast, hot, and fresh.We had a variety of dishes here. Some of us ate breakfast, and some of us had dinner:Salmon with Mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of broccoli.Chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and hash browns.Omelette with toast and hash browns.Kids had their own menu:Chocolate chip pancakes ? with fruit bowl.Cheeseburger with fries with chicken tenders.Our appetizer was the Strawberry Pancake Puppies. Order of 10 pcs.Denny's is still a family friendly place to come down and eat. I would recommend this Denny's in Kapolei Commons.

Unlike my previous Denny’s experience at the location in Waikiki, this experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered the all-american burger, and the burger and my fries came out luke warm at best. My server was pleasant, but as empty as the restaurant was, my food should have not been cold.
