The atmosphere here is so vibrant, and the food is out of this world! Amazingly fresh food, and the most attentive and friendly service I've experienced on the island. My wait staff was wonderful to work with; they were polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we required and desired. will most certainly be returning as frequently as I am able to!
Listen...this is the first review I've ever posted of any place but I was SO DISGUSTED. Found LEECH EGGS on the snow crab leg. It was on almost every single leg. Went into the restaurant and was told that this is commonplace and they just serve it how they bought it...yes with leech eggs on the legs. Went back and they denied me a refund and just left me standing there...I get that yes crabs legs get leech eggs on it but it was absolutely horrendous just how much eggs where on it. Do not come here unless you enjoy having the leech eggs on your evening meal.
I gave this restaurant two stars for the great customer service and convince of making a reservation. However to be truthful the food was way over priced! It also seemed there was only one chief and he could make one thing at a time because the food came out one at a time so my family didn't really eat together. The food did not have a good taste for various reasons including too salty, previously frozen and just too greasy. I would not recommend this place. Sorry to the staff because they look like they try really hard!
We ordered Combo #1. Fabulous. Bring your appetite. We also enjoyed the Garlic fries. They do take reservations though we were lucky to walk in.
The service is great! Atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The seafood bowl we had was Amazing!
I'd like to start by saying that I do not write this with ill intentions towards the business, and hope that they will take this review as constructive criticism to improve the quality of their food. This past Friday evening, I placed a phone order for a 20-piece order of butter garlic shrimp, 2 HALF pieces of corn on the cob, and about 1lb of the butter garlic snow crab legs. Upon pickup, the staff was friendly, and they helped me as fast as possible, although it was pretty busy. When I took my order home and opened it, the butter garlic sauce was all over the bag - poorly packaged, and there were also no napkins included. As for the food, as soon as I started peeling the shrimp, I could feel with my hands how dry and overcooked it was. It tasted like previously frozen cooked shrimp, which was cooked again and then thrown into the bag with the sauce. The half pieces of corn on the cob tasted exactly like the ones you buy from the market in the frozen section, and you get SIX for the price that they're selling TWO for. Lastly, the crab legs weren't too bad, but I was just over it at that point. I rarely write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed, and I had way better expectations of this place - being that they specialize in seafood, they should definitely uphold higher standards as to what they are selling customers ESPECIALLY at the HIGH prices they charge! My order's total was $60, and I was in shock once I tasted the food...
My all time favorite place for seafood. There is also a lot to choose from for those who unfortunately are allergic to shellfish or those who don't like it (I can't relate). Get the pupu lobster. And the pupu steak. And garlic fries. Oh and you NEED to get the cajun sauce to drown your choice of seafood in. Just get everything.Also, our server Ash was the best! Timing on everything was on point and always made sure my son and I had everything we needed.
Unexpectedly awesome restaurant that I found because we just wanted to get some shrimp close to our hotel. Came in with no expectations but left really surprised, happy, and full.We had various things on the menu... The butter Garlic Shrimp was very good and tasted fresh. Also tried the Pupu Steak, Korean Chicken, and burger which were all really fantastic especially considering none of these are the main features of the restaurant.The service was also fantastic and our waitress was super nice and we loved talking with her.Must check this place out if you're in the mood for shrimp or just a good restaurant!
We went in tonight friendly staff we paid 96 bucks for soggy seafood. It couldn't even be cracked with the crackers the butter was flavorless with chunks of massive raw garlic no salt what so ever.We could tell it was already sitting in the back waiting for someone to order that meal because right after we ordered she brought it out it was Luke warm.The imitation crab dip app was absolutely flavorless served with a sleeve of Ritz crackers which had the most flavor out of everything we ordered.Glad we did not bring our kids we definitely left hungry
