This location is always clean, and I've only ever seen one machine down for maintenance on any given visit. The pizza is actually pretty decent and their game selection is good as well. We like to go here when we don't want to go all the way into town for Dave and Busters.Our son always enjoys the games and collecting tickets.They recently updated from a token system to the cards or wrist band which is nice, makes keeping up with the money easier, and easier to refill as well.They often have coupons on their website and the staff is always aware when we ask about any coupon we want to redeem.I'd definitely recommend anyone living on the west side to give it a visit if you have keiki.
Hands down the best Chuck E. Cheese on island! Super clean and spacious! Games are just as good as Dave and Busters. Pizza was cooked to perfection! This place is worth every penny spent! We will be back soon!
Great idea for contactless entry, they will make you take a photo of the kids in your party and they will check it before you leave for security. Pizza is amazing! Its clean and maintained. Staff are so helpful and they always go around sanitizing the seats and the machines. My kids had so much fun. We will be back this wednesday with more kids! See you soon!
Oh Chuck E Cheese. The reason I had kids of my own was to be able to take them to Chuck E Cheese, eat pizza, play games and win all the jackpots and not be judged cause it looks like I'm tryna win tickets for the kids. Little does everyone know, I'm saving all my tickets to win the top shelf prizes.Also, salad bar is back. It's still one trip only but I know how to get my $12 worth of salad...
AWESOME!!!..we brought my 2yo Granddaughter here today to celebrate her "2nd Birthday" and she really enjoyed herself!!!..we did not book a party - we just walked in...and I'm amazed that this place wasn't as BUSY on a Saturday like it usually is!!! NICE!!!..I like that you just need to load a card with money for the kids to play instead of them running around carrying tokens!!!..now get rid of the physical tickets and try put the ticket amount won onto the card - so much easier!!!..one thing I still don't get is the price of the Salad Bar!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! ..and only one round for that little bowl..?!? ..why does it cost so much to eat healthy..??*SUGGESTION:- maybe offer a side salad for every large pizza ordered at a minimal price ( example: $2.99 additional if you want a salad with the large pizza ) ..then maybe getting that little small bowl would make sense!!!
Chuck E Cheese restaurant was pretty busy but one of the cleanest my family has visited. We did miss the mac salad from the salad bar. There have been quite a few changes since we were last here(pre pandemic). What made our visit extra special was our cashier(Cory). His friendliness was off the charts. Because we found out closing time was 8pm(we arrived at 7), we were debating on going but he convinced us we have enough time(and we did). The general Manager (Jodie) was also very friendly and helpful. This definitely made up for the missing mac salad. Thank You Cory and Jodie for the experience and we hope Chuck E Cheese values team members like you that makes the best dining experience!! It's true that you might not remember some ones name or how they look, but you will always remember how they make you feel!! We will definitely be visiting again!!
Took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese on a Saturday night. It was not so crowded. The place is wheelchair accessible and had restrooms.Due to the mask mandate lifted. It was optional to wear a ?. (We choose to still wear mask.)The kids love it here. We got them each the $40 cards with 200 coins/tokens on them. You have the option to get cards or a wristband watch with your loaded tokens. You can use the card to play all the games through out the place. They have a stage where you can watch animation and Chuck E. Cheese himself walks around to take pics with the kids.They have tickets that you win with each game you play. You redeem your ? tickets to get prizes at their prize wall.You can have parties there and order food there. They have a salad ? bar, pizza, drinks, and a whole lot more.A great place to bring your family...
It was a fun time. We enjoyed ourselves. Some people choose to not where a mask, but we still used ours. Nice environment. Employees were great.
I love it how engaging the place and chuck!I love it that they didn't follow the electronic tickets. Its how suppose to be, REAL TICKETS, for the kids. Its one way to enjoy the day. Seeing and holding their success.
