Friendly staff & services were great. Atmosphere was relaxing.
Me and my family have been going to Chili's for a while now since we moved back home and I always love their service and staff. Last night for graduation was super stressful and crowded for the establishment and our waitress Veronica did AMAZING. She was super sweet and attentive and was a great conversationalist.I noticed that a lot of the patrons left a lot of mess (confetti and trash) for staff to clean up in light of graduation and a lot of the patrons were being fussy over seating for large group at a later hour and all that.I commend the management and staff for being as hardworking and supportive especially with being short staffed and coming out of all the COVID regulations and trying to serve us as well as possible. We've always had awesome experiences here and I hope with all the bad/stressful situations the staff has to experience that they know they are so very appreciated. ?
The food is great. Everything on the menu can be customized like for instance their fries ; we asked to have cheese melted on top and bacon bits sprinkled.For my side steamed veggies I wanted butter to place on top of them, and for my fajita mix I requested white rice. All that changes or add on had made our meals completely satisfying. If we chose to have a certain waitress serve us, our request would be accommodated for if person was availiable. I like going there, because I am a frequent customer registered in thier online app.,I get to use valuable coupons and deals such as free salsa and chips when requested.
Great location. Good food. $$ Great atmosphere and staff. Sports bar so their are lots of TV screens to choose from. Great margaritas. Prices have gone up. And menu has some new items and they do have a gluten menu to download. Friday at 6pm this place is full.
We had my birthday dinner here and we had a wonderful time! Our server was fantastic. Seriously! The BEST customer service I've had in a long time. The food was delicious, and the drinks were as well. We'll definitely be back.
Great food & good service. I've eaten at many chili's on the mainland and it just tastes much better in Hawaii... like they have their own way of cooking w different spices. Even the steamed broccoli was seasoned and steamed to perfection. :)
If I could give it a negetive stars I'd give all 5 negetive stars. This location is the worst chili's I've ever been to. Our apps took 30 mins. There was something random floating in my kids food, my salad was tasteless with peices of wilted romaine lettuce and cilantro and to top it all off a roach decided to join our table. We didn't even take our food home the roach is what did it for me. We had full intentions of getting dessert but not after that roach. You're better off getting McDonald's across the way.
I wanted to use my rewards and was told that Chilis in Kapolei does not honor my rewards only the mainland.
Look, I'm not gonna sit here and tell you chili's is the best Tex mex in the world. I will say, there is something special about those super thin and salty chips or the taste of those southwestern egg rolls. Just scratches and itch i didn't realize i needed scratched.All that said, this location is just like any other. Service is fast and the servers themselves are nice
Tonight's experience was pretty bad mostly due to the slow,.slow service. It took over half an hour before the waiter took our order and another half hour before we got our food. On top of that, the baby back ribs and brisket quesadillas were dry and overcooked. Looking around the restaurant, it looked like a lot of other customers were waiting awhile for their orders as well.
