We enjoyed the luau here. The chief was amazing and we loved his sense of humor. People were called on stage for few special moments of their life like who got newly married, who were celebrating their anniversaries and the longest married couple. The food was fine like other luaus. We were greeted with flowers and head bands. We were also allowed to take pics with the crew. There were multiple performances in alternate by the ladies and gentlemen of the crew. The fire dance was amazing and we enjoyed it very much.

The most organized Luau dinner event ever. Everything was very well done, the seating, bar, drinks, food queues, the show. We were also invited on stage for romantic dance since we were celebrating our first anniversary. No wonder why it’s rated no 1 in the island. Do not waste your money on Royal, the experience for both the package are similar

I absolutely loved the luau. I would recommend getting the royal package. it seats you in front and you have shorter lines and 4 drink tickets. it's definitely worth the extra money for a better experience.

The atmosphere and vibe of the show was excellent the entire time. The chief was clever and funny and kept the audience entertained the entire evening. The food was served buffet style and was delicious. The entertainment from the hula dances to the fire show at the end was incredible. I’d recommend this Luau to anyone looking for a great evening.

This was so awesome! They use the grounds for the water park in the area to host the luau as well and it’s a really great venue with lots of room for everyone to socialize and enjoy the show. The dancers are amazing and the Chief is really entertaining. THE FOOD is also so good. They really showed up with great options and a really amazing experience. As the sun sets and the performers do their dancing from different Polynesian cultures, they finish up the night with fire dancing and they’re amazing!!! You should definitely book your tickets if you’ll be in the area.

A MUST when you're over there. We were able to get tickets the day before we went to the experience. There was a line to check-in before getting in, which is why it's also very smart to buy your tickets online. They gave us wristbands to put on ourselves as we enter the park. We were lead to a photo area with some hula girls. They had tables for us to set our personal belongings before taking the picture, which was very mindful. We then were able to choose to wait in line for our free Mai Tai's or head straight to find our table, so we went with the second option to begin with. We decided to go to the bar area and see what we could get with our two free drink coupons. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the Mai Tai, at all, which was a bummer. They had unlimited free juice and water. They charge for cocktails. The MC's were funny and super confident, engaging us all. They like to make jokes up there! After presenting the roasted pig (a tradition) to the audience, we were then told dinner was ready. There was a line for people to get everything from the buffet and a line for people to pick-and-choose what they'd like from the buffet. We chose the pick-and-choose line, which we had to wait a bit longer for, but that was fine. There was a screen blocking us and the food and the servers wore masks for our safety. The buffet was also unlimited! I loved the taro rolls (purple bread) they had. The chicken could have been better and the noodles were okay. The cake (with the pineapple on the side) was probably the most delicious because it tasted like fruity pebbles. After dinner and as the sun was going down, the show had started and it was full of constant entertainment. They even bring up couples on stage who just got married or celebrating an anniversary, which was very cute! All the staff and just everyone all around were super kind. We wore these leaf headbands and bead necklaces that we got to take home with us. The beads were kept as souvenir. Overall, we were entertained and satisfied with our luau experience, and Chief's Luau is in the top list of luau's in the area!

Extremely worth it to get to know the culture. Great food, funny chief. Amazing show!!

Great performance from beginning to end. I recommend the Chief's Luau because he really is the star of the show. His witty personality, poise and the way he speaks of the culture is just wonderful.I gave it four stars because everything was great except for the food. They say buffet style but it's really giving 'school lunch'.. you get handed a tray of all the foods whether you like all the selections or not. You basically get what they give you and it's pretty bland! *beware if you are a vegetarian*.Also, I was always under the impression that luaus were held on the beach but this one was held near a Waterpark. It wasn't a bad spot so not a deal breaker.Overall the show makes up for the food. Purchase the bigger package so you can sit up front. There is also a dedication portion of the show for newly & senior couples (simply heartfelt). Money well spent!!

Great show and the food was very delicious.

If you have limited time in Hawaii, this is a MUST DO! The atmosphere is amazing, the hosts truly make you feel like family! Delicious food & drinks, and loved sharing a moonlit dance between the skilled storytelling, dancing and fire twirling performance. A perfect blend of laughter, heartfelt connection, history, and talented performers. ? Highly Recommended! You'll love the Chief!!!
