Got the $8 Dbl Whopper Jr combo today. Everything was fresh except the bun still sucks... Very dry and tastes like bread that was previously frozen then thawed out or something wrong with their baking process. The bread just falls apart and doesn't hold its consistency. Other than that the food was good. Ate inside and wasn't given a tray. Had to eat out of the paper bag which is kind of irritating. And of course, Hawaii BKs don't participate with the BK app.

Just waisted 25 minutes In drive through line. These employees show no sense of urgency. I ordered a double whopper meal extra onion. I drove off after waiting 25 minutes. I will not pay for this substandard service. Meh, it's more healthier to eat at home anyways.
Large portion that come at a price. Love the service from the staff. Hope to dine-in the next visit.

Food was better than expected. Burgers were fresh and not messy, fries were hot and tasty!!! Surprisingly good meal from Burger King in a while. Guess this store is doing something right....???
Whopper is the best burger, vegetables are fresh and not mushy. Great place to eat.
I love BK. It's the best place for me to get a burger. The customer service was great, my order was correct and the wait was very short. I will definitely be back again soon.
I have always enjoyed dining at Burger King Kapolei. The Cashiers are very polite and friendly, especially the older gals.My order was processed and presented very neatly wrapped and placed in a bag with napkins. I was asked if I needed any condiments.The fries were fresh and crispy and full in its container. My Whopper was very neatly assembled and not spilling over the bun.I was very pleased with my dining experience and would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
