This is a fine pizza option, if you're in Hawaii long enough that you want to stray from local fare. The Caesar salad is very good, especially with anchovies, and the mushrooms are good. The service can be a little slow, but it may be a staffing issue in the aftermath of COVID. Everyone was quite friendly and it's clean.
The food was great. We had a small pizza that was kpre than enough for the 2 of us and a large veggies salad with enough leftover from both for an additional meal. The crust of the pizza was my favorite. Will go back.
I love their pizza. Compared to Mad Bene, your chain pizzas like Dominos, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut, Brick Oven is my favorite. Their sauce is so good I love the garlic and rosemary they add and the crust is very soft on the inside and pretzel-like on the outside. It is always made to order and will be piping hot every time! Practice patience as you will burn the roof of your mouth if you eat it right away. Very good with groups up to 8 or if you book for a kids party. It has a bar inside and the look and feel is like your traditional dim sports bar but in a good way. Very clean and staff is very cheerful and hard working. It is expensive compared to your chain pizzas but very filling, a large pepperoni pizza fed 4 adults with 3 slices each. Their adult milk shake called the Night Cap is amazing and can be shared among 2 adults. Light weights beware as it will make you buzzed/tipsy.

The pizza here is awesome.Started w heavy apps. Wings were pretty good. Big order for the table. Decent flavor options. We also had a bread thing with artichoke stuff on it. Not really my gig but I had one piece...it was good. Beer selection was solid with reasonably priced pitchers available.Then a plain old pepperoni pizza...as good as a pepperoni pizza gets. Toppings, sauce and crust...epic. we will be back again and again.
Waste of money. My family went here for the first time and the food was trash. Ordered a large pizza, garlic bread basket and Buffalo wings. The large pizza was really medium sized, and they cut the regular slices in half to make it look like more. Which is just cheap and poor quality. The garlic bread is just bread with cheese no garlic or butter. And the wings had no sauce, and undercooked. You will do better going to dominoes! I spent almost $100 here and regret it so much. I will never go this place ever again! ??????????
We were visiting from the continental 48 and we were looking for something more like home. This place was great. Honestly some of the best pizza I've had. We got the calamari to start which was great. Then we got the meat lovers which was the star. The pizza was nicely loaded and cooked just right. The crust had a nice crunch to it. Then we followed it up with a pineapple chicken. It wasn't like a traditional one. This wasn't bad though. I actually enjoyed it more that what you would normally get. The chicken seemed very fresh.If you stop here's try the ranch. It's a homemade ranch. I want to say it's the best ranch I've had in my life.Our waitress was also great. She gave us recommendations from the menu that didn't disappoint. She also took care of us.Give this place a try if you are in the area!
Really good food and the staff is very sweet. The music was a little loud for how little the amount of people present were. I went for an early dinner and immediately got a seat. The drinks are really good and BIG!!!
Very good pizza and cheese bread! We had the Ultimeat, basket of cheese bread, a salad, and drinks. We were there on a Saturday afternoon.They were very understaffed, with one waitress and one cook(all we saw).Luckily they were not busy when we arrived; however, they were getting busy as we finished up.Brelynn was our waitress and was very polite and attentive to us.We would recommend Brick Oven Pizza!
Love, love, LOVE the crisp bottom crust on their pizzas--best anywhere. Generous with the toppings. Highly recommended!!!
