They do not answer their phone. Store says open until 6pm, was closed at 430p.
Very rude and slow!
Not a reliable place. Closes before posted hours on a regular basis. This is the 3rd time I have gone in 2 hours before the posted closing Time and they are either already closed or I was greeted with unfortunately we are closing soon and that the customer inside are their last customer and I would not be served very poor service. Would not recommend

Lazy store. We came to get sandwiches at 630 pm and we were turned away because they were closing soon. The sign on the door said they were open until 7 pm. It was clear the employee just wanted to go home. A family in front of us was also turned away.
The server was really nice and we chatted as we got our sandwiches made. Made the experience very pleasant.
Worst Subway I've ever been to. We live around the corner and have had at least 10 experiences where we head to Subway to pick up dinner only to realize they closed an hour early. Their store hours mean absolutely nothing...they close at least 30-45 minutes early every single today. This evening, my wife went to pick up dinner for me and our children and they closed an hour and a half early. Subway down the street (next to Safeway) is always the backup plan and is ALWAYS open. The owner of this Hui Iwa location must hate money because he lets his employees ALWAYS close & lock their doors right before or DURING dinner hours. The other Subways in the area told us that they get a lot of new customers because the Hui Iwa location always closes early and forces customers to drive down the street to their location. If your business hours say you're open until 7:30PM, that means you serve EVERYONE who walked inside the building before 7:30PM...you don't turn off the 'Open' sign 45 minutes early so you can clean and rush out the door at 7:30PM on the dot.
Convenient subway
The management at this place must be ran by a couple monkeys. Don't come here if you want your food fast. Especially do not, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE AT RUSH HOUR TIMES KNOW WHY? They only get 1 person making sandwiches for however many standing in line, yesterday was 8 people in line 1 old lady making sandwiches. Sad man making an old lady work so hard cuz management is a bunch of donkies.
This subway is considerably worst than the rest. The soup never tastes right and the quality of the food just isn’t there. Even the cookies are bad. Do yourself a favor and go to the Windward City shopping center one instead. My stomach hurts after eating here.
