I order my coffee and a cake pop...one of the male worker called my name and placed my coffee on the counter so I picked it up and told him that Im waiting on the cake pop with this....he said \\\"I DON'T KNOW\\\"! He was rude and didn't care. My reaction... I laughed! The cashier was nice but my visit ended bad because one was rude!
Macy, as a whole, seems to be getting more and more like Target, like Walmart, etc. The employees are helpful, yet the store has a vibe of having its future behind it.
