Bad customer service. Ask if I could used the bathroom and she basically just said bathroom is closed. After I saw one of the employees just walk out of it.Covid restrictions gone I've yet to find a Starbucks without a bathroom to let you use.Management is deciding who can use their bathroom profiling you.
This used to be our favorite Starbucks location, but ever since their manager left, customer service has gone down. I ordered a drink and breakfast for pick up, and after I was told it wasn't ready yet, I waited up to 20 minutes. I asked again, and the barista gave me the water looking drink that was there since 20 minutes ago. Really disappointed with the service and lack of attention to customers.
Love that it's a Drive thru. My dog got hos first Pup Cup and now knows that's a Pit stop for him
Bad customer service, we ordered two beverages, both tasted bitter. On the Frappuccino we asked for no whipped cream but they added it any way. I requested if we could use the restroom, they said it’s not open to public. That sucked coz we didn’t just show up without ordering anything, we weren’t just “public” we were customers
Helpful friendly staff eager to take your order. The drive through is only compatible for sub compact cars. Ordering at the window with anything larger will result in curb damage. Coffee drinkers with trucks and SUVs be really careful or just walk in.
One of the best drive thru Starbucks experiences ever. Long line that wrapped around the parking lot, but customer service was calm, quick, and competent in all of the chaos. They handled our confusing, multi-person, online/in-person order like total champs!
I call it 12 bucks not Starbucks.\\nGood but my coffee is much better and a fraction of the price. But when in a pinch I'll spend 12 bucks to fuel ⛽ up.
Absolutely the scariest expirence I've ever had in a Bucks anytime anywhere. Customers were almost coming to blows. Definitely cursing! Why in the world doesn't the management establish rope lines and pickup stations. DON'T GO HERE!!!
They get the drinks correctly 3/4 of the times.
