Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and got a vanilla iced coffee; they thought I wouldn't notice. Not to mention the lady making my drink was rude and looked overwhelmed; acted like I was an inconvenience. Location seemed to be poorly managed. Probably the worst location I've been to on the island.
Cake pops for the kids. Cold Brew Nitro for me. Carmel Ribbon Crunch for our friend.
Staff is rude and they made all 4 of our drinks wrong. Worst Starbucks experience so far.
Wonderful customer service, drinks great, drive through is the worst!!!! Its so bad the employees themselves probably hate it, jams the parking lot and makes it nearly impossible to get to most of the other stores or even just park! I always park on the other side because no way in hell am I getting stuck behind the drive through line!!

Strawberry açaí refresher was consistent with the good quality I expect. Had a hard time finding the store from the map. Marking down from 5 stars because when I asked to use the restroom, they said “the guy in there has been there for at least an hour and a half.” So that was a no. Enjoyed the chickens in the parking lot.
Burnt coffee, walked in as the only customer no one said anything, I walked to the cashier I said “hello” he said nothing I ordered my first drink he clicked total said nothing then ordered my second drink he went back to add it then said nothing I payed , said thank you still nothing I thought he was mute but then he was talking to the coworker while we waited on the drink?
