While on our 10 day tour of Oahu and the Big Island, and en route to Byodo- In Temple in Kaneohe, we were in need of some comfort food. Ruby Tuesday meet the need. The Salmon Caesar Salad was excellent (huge filet) and the Chicken Parmesan was very good. The location was convenient in the mall, with plenty of easy access parking. Even though they were busy with the lunch rush crowd, our server Travis was able to provide just the right amount of attention and brought out our food much faster than we anticipated. Good job Travis

I generally try to not leave negative reviews but I'll make an exception for this. The meal my wife and I had here on a Sunday arvo was really disappointing. The parmesan shrimp pasta tasted like the cheap white sauce that comes in a plastic tub from the supermarket, with barely reheated, mushy and small frozen shrimp, with none to no actual parmesan cheese topping, the penne pasta barely cooked. My wife's chicken burger and chips were really bland tasting. Portions were not what I've come to expect from American dining either. Table service was good though.
For a chain, it's still pretty great. This was a go to spot for our family from 2004 to 2010. Had to stop in this evening.The waitress was super friendly and very patient.It was nice to see that the decor hadn't changed and it still held that familiar feel we grew to love many years ago.Great spot for dinner before a movie.
Always get my usuals that never disappoints( new Orleans seafood). The salad bar is immaculate with all the different toppings etc.
It is was so nice to be greeted with a smile. My granddaughters took me to breakfast the day after my husband's passing. That was to have time together to go over the things needed to take of his and my affairs. I enjoyed my time with them because they are spontaneous while talking and laughing, making it easier for me not to grieve too much. The restaurant itself is very cozy, the waiters/ waitresses are courteous. The food is delicious, prepared as ordered to our liking. I had eggs Benedict with a bowl of mixed fruits. Also shared a plate of hot cakes with them. Topped it off with a cup of coffee. Such a pleasant atmosphere! I must say, I've been to several Ruby Tuesdays on the island of Oahu, I love going to the Kaneohe store. The host, the wait staff, the cooks, the food and also the cleanliness of stores appearance is very inviting and comfortable! Thank you!
My Uncle and my brother went to this place. I ordered the steak, mac n cheese and shrimp. Although the steak was a bit chewy it is still delicious. I recommend going any time anywhere in Oahu. Service was quick and fast. My Server was kind and attentive.
This is a fantastic place to stop and eat when you're visiting the mall or between mall visits. The salad bar is back, which is AWESOME! Great prices and always amazing staff.
So so HAPPY salad bar is back!!!Service is consistent in friendliness and efficiency, safety protocols practiced .Over all wonderful dining experience!
My friend and I have always enjoyed Ruby Tuesday, the prices are fair and while the service is not the quickest due to the labor shortage, the food is very good and the employees are very nice
