The parking lot and its drive-thru traffic pattern has major problems. Due to poor design, vehicles queuing up for the drive-thru lane invariably conflict with other patrons attempting to enter the lot intending to park. The same slow-moving drive-thru traffic also interferes with parked vehicles attempting to leave. I was compelled to park in a location that was not a parking stall and, after picking up my food, had to verbally instruct other stalled drivers to not block my vehicle so I could freely leave.The food I received was fine - but not worth the parking hassle your newly renovated location forces upon its patrons.Perhaps the parking situation is tolerable when business is slow - however, do you really want LESS business due to people going elsewhere for a meal just to avoid wasting time negotiating your poorly designed parking lot?This was my first visit to this location since its recent renovation and reopening. I'll think long and hard before I decide to patronize it again. There are other choices, as you well know.
the food and service is not bad at all. the only problem, the biggest problem, is the way the drive thru/narrow driveway/parking lot is arranged: terrible and very inefficient, especially when you all combined Pizza Hut WITH Taco Bell. traffic is worse! location is bad because it's close to an intersection, and when the line is long, it creates traffic on THE STREET. whoever designed/engineered this place needs to redo it.
Pizza Hut for the WIN! I am a firm believer in a little bit of customer service goes a long way. Placed my order online and did not realize our unit number missing. I called the main Pizza Hut number and told the girl my concern. She saw my order history - thanked me for our previous orders - placed me on hold for all of 40 seconds and came back to tell me she gave the store the unit number and I instantly received a notification that my order was on its way. Pizza still hot, pasta tasted amazing and wings were on point! Until next time.... Mahalo PH for dinner!
I would've given them 5 stars, except their parking lot is really poorly designed and does not flow very well. It is a deterrent for us to order pickup, because we don't like dealing with the traffic.As far as the pizza goes, it was ready when expected and tasted fine.

There seems to be a large reduction in the amount topping being placed on a pizza. From cheese to meats the volume was much lower than it has been in the past. If the trend is to reduce toppings to cut your costs I will find a new location for my business. If you do not provide a quality product that matches what your online advertisements display, my business must move to a provider who can meet my families expectations.
Online order was convenient. Order was ready at specified time. Great customer service.
Online order is easy to do. Curbside pickup was very convenient, and staff responded very quickly when I arrived. And as usual the pizza was great!
I recommend to get a more respectful delivery drivers. My driver got lost and when I tried to help he pretty much told me to be quite and listen to him. He actually started to argue with me and asked me if I even know where I lived. Very rude on the phone and raised his voice. Never received my order, due to canceling myself. Spoke to manager, whom was very apologetic and handled the situation well. I am expecting a full refund.
