Very disappointed... Ordered 2 pizzas and gooey bread online. All the food was burnt beyond burnt. What should have been thrown into the trash at the store was trashed here. As a multi - business owner, I'd fire the manager for allowing such horrible food to leave the establishment. This place is a true blight on the pizza industry. I'd add photos, but like I stated, the burnt food is out in the trash...
Service sucks! Waited about 45mins for my pizza. I finally asked an employee how much longer it would take? He checks the orders and realizes it was put in the warmer without even announcing it. No apologies! No nothing! Never again will I go to the Kaneohe location!!
Did online order but they missed one of the pizzas. Cooked it up in a jiffy, offered us sodas and gave us a dessert pizza. Pizzas were delicious on top of that.

Be prepared to wait, better yet, call or order online. Right now they're only allowing 6 customers inside at any one time. It took almost half an hour from start to finish.
It's just embarrassing. Food is fine, service and order-taking could not be worse. Truly awful.
Great price. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza which cost a couple dollars more. Lots of toppings to choose from.
