Very clean and nice looking McDonald's, with a very pleasant staff and well made food, but management is being quite odd as of May 30th, 2022; the bathrooms are locked, and can only be opened after a purchase, the soda machine is on lockdown, so you need to wait in line for a refill, and half the tables are still closed 'due to covid' (leaving things a bit crowded), yet about half the staff were regularly taking off their masks for a moment or two, or placing plastic notes claiming they sanitized a table when they wiped it with a dry cloth. Assumedly the staff all realize it's not an issue on the island at this point, like every store other than this one we've visited in the last few weeks, but management can't move on. I'll give it 5 stars when the owners realize it's no longer March of 2020.
The most horrible place i have ever been at. We drank some coffee here and then left for 10 minutes to make some photos. During this 10 minute long period our car has been taken by the parking securities while there were no evident signature about the fact that you can not park your car there for a little while…. After realising that our car was taken, the manager denied to help us and said that it wasnt him who called the securities… It turned out that it was him, who called them so he lied us into our face. WE HAD TO PAY 180 DOLLARS!Moreover the coffee is horrible as well as the service….I would give 0 star if i could…Stay away from this place!
Hope this McDonald's in Kaneohe not representing all of McDonald's. Filet-o-Fish sandwich looks like meant for kid's meal. Fries were overcooked and felt like was eating salty bamboo tweaks. If you wanted to use the restroom ? in an emergency, good luck cuz you would have to stand in line until you pee or $#?% yourself. The trick is to tell them your on the drive thru. Worst experience. But we are stuck with McDonald's. Can't go anywhere else. ??

Marci took my order at this McDonald’s. She was unbelievably rude and condescending about basic questions being asked. It looked like she was a manager as well. I would highly recommend upper management talk to her about her attitude. I will not come back here.
This is the second time I’ve ordered a crispy chicken deluxe meal and these wonderful people decided to put a plain mcChicken in the box instead. I’m so done.

Temple Valley McDonald's... their okay most times w/their service. BUT, the accuracy of the order is yet to be desired. 8 out 10 times I've experienced receiving the wrong order OR an incomplete order!! Very frustrating!
We had a very large, late lunch at a restaurant up on the North Shore and it was getting late in the evening and we just wanted a quick bite before we got on 63 to head back to our hotel. This store is very convenient as it is right on 83. It turned out to be a really bad choice. The dining room was closed which is just ridiculous and the drive-thru was backed way up, so we walked in and ordered at the counter thinking we could eat inside, but ended up eating outside on the picnic tables. I worked my way through college working in a McDonald's, so I know how it is supposed to look and feel. It took a while to get waited on. The person taking our order was not very friendly and the food ended up being horrible. My Big Mac burgers were burned and it was just haphazardly thrown together so that when I opened the box it just fell out all over the place. I took about three bites and just threw the rest in the trash. The fries were cold and I had to keep asking for more ketchup because they kept giving me two packs at a time. The worst part is how expensive a meal is at this location considering the poor quality of the food. The outside tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Bottom line, should have skipped it and went back to the hotel hungry.
