This location charged my card the wrong amount and did not seal the container with my food which spilled staining my wife's dress and the car seats.
Not to many specials. Prices are extremely high. Chicken is not crispy. It was soggy chicken skin so that chicken was sitting for a while. If you want crispy chicken kj has crispy chicken. But they have a bad adtude . So it is up to you.
The people who work here are way too angry (cussing at the drive thru folks ?) and the chicken is always undercooked. I don't know why I come here. Today I walked out after seeing a bunch of unhappy customers and one told me they'd bern waiting 25 minutes. KFC ain't that good.
Still the best fried chicken and Cole slaw. Building could use maintenance. Hopefully the inside is cleaner than the outside.
Customer service there is trash. Cashier JANE should be taken to corporate. She always has an attitude and clearly hates her job. You can taste her ugliness through the food. The food is always so bland or bitter! Probably because she prepares it
