I came here with my wife and 2 kids. We had our names on the list before the other 2 groups of 6 walked in. The groups of 6 were sat first and we were told it would 15 to 20 minutes before we were sat. There were several 4 tops available which would have been fine. The server and hostes seemed to be more concerned with the dollar amount associated with group size rather than the customer.
We went recently to this location and the service was horrible. Waiter gave us wrong drinks, food was cold and wings barely had any sauce. When we asked for the bill he said that I would get a text and I can pay that way, I waited 15 mins before he came around and I told him I hadn’t gotten anything. He then printed it and as be was gonna hand it over he flung it and if fell to the floor. He said sorry and walked away. He seem very overwhelmed with his tables. I now see my bank account and he added $10 to his tip. Never going back here. Also reported it through cooperate.
Atmosphere is lively, food is decent, and the price is ok. However, service is pretty slow. After our group arrived, we waited 15 minutes at our table before our waitress even stopped by for the first time to take our drink order. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the first of the drinks to arrive and to get our food orders in. It took another 15 minutes for the rest of the drinks to arrive then another 15 minutes for the first of our food to arrive. At this point most of our group wanted to leave. Not sure why the service is so slow, the restaurant was half empty and seemed well staffed.
Embarrassing….. boneless wings are HALF the size they used to be….. SAME PRICE. Come if you want to get ripped off. WINGS ARE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER.
Worst B-Dubs experience of my life. The wings were dry and tiny and in an order of 20 I got 2 flats. When I asked for celery and carrots I got 1 celery stick. The service was terrible they did not refill our water once though out the course if the night. I would not recommend going here.
The app said my food was ready before I left my house. (5 minute drive) But once I got there I had to wait almost half an hour for it to be ready. I checked the bag and of the three items I ordered something was missing from every single appetizer and meal. I had to wait another almost 10 minutes for that to get fixed. The staff were polite, but for the inconvenience an establishment should have like $5 off coupons at their front desk and be prepared to fork over a couple or a few of those to make up for this kind of stuff. Also I almost forgot both the orders of pretzel bites were over cooked, one worse than the other. They were hard and burnt on the bottom, and not good. The other order was edible and still tasted good, but not as good as I know they can be when cooked properly. Overall 2/5 is probably generous, and this is the 3rd or 4th time this restaurant has messed up my order.
This location has great servers. The food is pretty decent for a normal chain American restaurant. But what I like the most are that the servers there are really great.

We had a small retirement celebration here and the Buffalo Wild Wings team here in Kaneohe went above and beyond in making sure we had enough space for our group. They were flexible with our plans and were overall just wonderful. The waitresses and two managers I worked with were awesome! The food was great and I can’t recommend this location enough.
Great catching up with friends! The only place that was open late at night on a Friday evening.
