I would give it more stars, as the bartender was an absolute delight, but the food took about 50 minutes and I was harassed at the bar by what seemed to be a regular. Just be careful if you're visibly alternative looking or choose to wear a mask for your own safety (I was specifically harassed for my mask usage and my looks). The pizza was decent but hard to enjoy something after harassment.

First time here. The pizza was ok. The bottom of some slices was burnt though. We tried the ultimeat, cheese pizza, and the ham/pineapple pizza.

Woman with arm tattoo taking our order by the bar was rude, impatient, and disrespectful for no reason, other than us being new and not knowing exactly what to order. I understand them bad days where sometimes you get a little impatient. However, her behavior was just plain unacceptable, never before have I seen someone lose their temper like that in such a low-stress work environment. My colleague was trying to figure out what size he wanted, she proceeded to hurry him up and snap at him with a bitter attitude. I took a step back to figure out what he said that made her so upset. Till this day, I am absolutely baffled at what we did or said that lead to her short fuse.

My 1st experience there was with my grandson and his ohana was some place new for my husband and myself. Atmosphere was nice, warm and cozy family oriented environment. We ate, chit-chat and enjoyed each others company. What's kind of good is, that there's the bar separated by glass so they could enjoy there happy hour time. It gives everyone time to enjoy their surroundings.Anyway, when my son suggested to dine there, I happily agreed. You know the first impression makes a big impact to draw people back again, and wanting more of the experience. ??

We've gone here a few times and is slowly becoming our new usual place to go. The environment is great if you're into bar seating. Friendly staff, food so far has always been good for us. Some reviews say burnt crust but so far, we have not had any issue. Great beer, great pizza, and a great way to spend a late afternoon after a hard weeks work.

This used to be our favorite pizza place in Kaneohe, the pizza was good and the staff was friendly, but lately not so much!! Whether you eat in or takeout the pizza comes out burnt all the time. Tonight I specifically told the waitress to make sure the pizza is NOT burnt but still they send out burnt pizza to us. The bar manager don’t even bother to come to the table to hear our complaint he just told the waitress that he can give a discount or redo, we didn’t want to wait and waste food and decided to eat them instead, eat was so burnt that it was hard to eat them all we showed it to the waitress to make sure the manager aware that we didn’t even eat half. The bill came and it was only 20% off?!? It should be FREE or at least 50% OFF!! They should re-name their restaurant name to: BURNT OVEN PIZZA instead. Service like this no wonder no one was in the restaurant but us. This will be our last time going there.

The pizza sauce, cheese, toppings and crust are all so good. Got a sausage and green peppers pizza. Moved here from Iowa and I will say, better than any Iowa pizza I've had. 2 adults ate 3 slices each and had 4 leftover for lunch the next day. It was so good.

Ordered a chicken and bacon pizza on Sunday night for dinner. The whole bottom of our pizza was completely burned. It's dangerous to eat acrylamide (burnt part of food) because it is linked to cancer and quite plainly taste horrible. It's such a bummer because we were really looking forward to eating our pizza as we were starving. By the time we got home and realized our pizza was burned, it was too late to go back to the restaurant so we ended up wasting our time and money as the whole pizza was tossed. I have tried calling their restaurant to resolve the issue, but since no one has answered leaving this review in hopes that this doesn't happen to others.

On Saturday, September 25th, I called in an order at the Kaneohe brick oven pizza. The woman on the phone was not kind - when I asked what vegetables they offer for toppings she told me to look at the online menu then call back, then she hung up on him. When I went into to pick up the pizzas, the girl (whose voice he recognized from the phone) asked for his name and I said Huseyin. She goes Huseyin OSAMA (our last name is Guler, however they did not know or ask for our last name) and then I said “excuse me? Did you just say what I think you said?” And she said it again, “Huseyin OSAMA” . All of her coworkers looked horrified. The bar was full and the restaurant tables were at current capacity. I asked her again, “what did you say? I heard you say Osama twice.” The coworkers all stared in disbelief as I said “that is derogatory, racist and that’s unacceptable. I’m not a terrorist, my name is Huseyin.” She disappeared after that and finished the transaction. Her other co-workers said “sorry, we’re sorry”. We then called the main line for the small restaurant chain, and the manager that we spoke to was also in shock. He was so apologetic and said the owners were off island but that this was completely unacceptable and to go ahead and call the police for a harassment report. The police came and we followed thru with the report. I am a US citizen (not that it should even matter or be anyone’s business). No one should be treated this way, and no one should be treating anyone, let alone a customer this way. Racism is not acceptable, verbal harassment is not acceptable. We understand this is not the establishment’s fault, however we hope they handle it the right way.

Very fresh and the crust is perfect! I discovered the original location on Kauai in 2002...love having it on Oahu.
