Food is decent, prices are so-so, customer service is good. Nothing I'd drive out of my way for I guess.

Stopped for a quick bite with the family after visiting the The Byodo-In Temple, portions were great as well as the food.
This visit to the windward mall location was great.. there was a 20 min wait ✋and the lady was really great with everyone on the wait list.?♀️ Making the time seem very short.. our waitress was amazing from taking the order to the continued checking on us to make sure everything was ok.. ?food was great as usual. Couldn't finish my plate. ? would recommend this location ?..?????

We came in for a late lunch around 3:30 pm, and were immediately seated. Staff were polite, fast, and efficient, making sure to follow a few specific meal modifications. Food was great and at a reasonable price point. Despite an unconventional location you still get the diner feel, a really comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back :)
My 10year old twins always enjoy eating at Big City Diner!!! Eva still orders from the Kids menu but Kingston loves the Classic burger with cheese, and fries!!! They loved the brownie a la mode***
Our family had set Thursdays as our dinner night out. We chose BCD because we heard they are kid friendly and we were pleasantly surprised that kids eat free on Thursdays- yeah!For the adults we were surprised to find a $5 Corona beer special for 25 ounces - double yeah!!We started with the poke nacho which was amazingly tasty. I shared the fish and chips with my mom and this dish was ok, breaded but the fish inside was moist (3 pcs) and came with fries and malt vinegar and tartar sauce on the side.All in all we were all (4 adults & 2 kids) really happy with being quickly greeted and seated. Our waitress came quickly to introduce herself and take the kids orders along with our drink orders. The timing worked perfectly for the kids foods, our drinks, our food and dessert. We definitely have this place on our list of Thursday go to places.
Service was awesome! The garlic fries and fried min noodles were fantastic.
The food was pretty good. But nothing crazy. Just typical diner food.
