Had avocado pasta with lechon and garlic sauce. It was very tasty just like I've heard. Fresh pasta with unique ingredients and lots of crispy pork and it was flavorful and the portionwas big. But is it worth this price? Super expensive! Cheesecakes looked great too.I wish they soak the sliced red onions in water a bit to remove the spiciness. It bothers. One thing I really don't like about this place is that they don't give you receipts.

Legit the best food I have had all week in Oahu. Not only are the portions very large but the food is super tasty. Millie’s voice was super soothing and she is hella kind. She explained their story and her passion simply radiated. Would 100% recommend.P.s. keep in mind that this is a take out only location

All the different dishes we got here were delicious and was the highlight of the food we ate during our time on Oahu! The lechon and short ribs are must haves, finished with a slice of lilikoi cheesecake! All the staff are so incredibly nice as well and take care of you. Millie is the best! Must try this restaurant - it is so worth it!

Friendly staff and owners. Amazing homemade noodles and cheesecake!!!

The staff are a group of three, if I remember, running their own business! The staff are the owners themselves! Speaking of them, they're very sweet and caring—be a bit conversational and lighten the atmosphere, if you want to. I shamelessly wolfed down the food when we got back to the hotel, and I'm scarcely interested in eating much. If I didn't have a bit of self-restraint, I'd have finished the entire lechon dish by myself. If there's a line for your food, don't worry, that goes by quick. I'd recommend this place, definitely, and it'd be a win-win when you get there: the owners get support, you get great food!

Adela’s was amazing! The fried rice was the best I’ve ever had and the fish with mango sauce was excellent. The noodles were fantastic with a great texture. If you go here you have to try the noodles and the cheesecake! If you want to take part of Adela’s home with you, you can buy dried noodles, too.

Food - Delicious food! Homemade pasta made from kalo (taro), avocado, ulu (breadfruit), malunggay (moringa), sweet potato-ube (purble/okinawan), angle hair. You can choose from popular combinations or create your own.I had ube pasta, local stir fried style, with garlic shrimp.I can't remember what everyone else had but everyone loved it, the best food we had on our trip.It seems like a lot of money but the portions are very big, a few people had enough for a second meal.Service - Amazing service. We didn't know what we wanted but the team was very helpful and patient with us as we figured it out, even suggesting what they thought was best. Everyone working was very kind and friendly.Ambiance - Counter serve restaurant, but you can see the back where the crew is working hard preparing the fresh ingredients. At the front you can also see them rolling and cutting the different pastas. Which was neat to see.

We were intrigued by homemade noodles and picked up dinner here. We consider ourselves foodies, so it is no small compliment to say this was a top 5 meal of all time! Came back 2 days later because we couldn’t stop thinking about it. Give this unassuming spot a try!

The corner business in a small string of stores behind the Aloha Island Mart gas station at the corner of Kamehameha Highway and Lilipuna Road in Kaneohe is take-out only. The concept is unique: select a pasta made from Hawai’i-grown produce, add sauce (everything from marinara to coconut crème), a “topping” (everything from chicken breast o macadamia-crusted fish) – and enjoy! A single order easily feeds two.

One of the best eating experiences we had! So delicious!! Super friendly and helpful service, you can even see how the homemade noodles are fabricated
