This place is a joke my 7$ biggie bag burger bun had mold on it.my baconator fries was burnt and messy,unreal obviously these worker don’t look at the bun and Quality’s is not the recipe for this place really disappointing, look before you eat
I hate doing this but after a few bad experiences I have to leave a review. I would say 6/10 times I’ve been to this location, my order has been wrong. This morning, I finally decided to give their breakfast a try. Went through the drive through at 940am. Ordered eventually, and then waited an abnormal amount of time. Two cars in front of me gave up waiting and left. I sat for 10 more min with 1 car collecting their food and thought okay, I’ll give it it 5 more minutes. STILL didn’t move. I ultimately left the line and went to another establishment that serviced me in less than 4 min. It’s called “Fast Food” for a reason…
Fun lunch. Fast friendly service. Convenient location. Easy free parking. Staff keeps the place immaculate. Very good unsweetened iced tea, not bitter and burned. Lovely mountain view. Airy decor and comfortable seating. First visit. I will be back soon!
Great neighborhood Wendy's. The staff here are great. I always order ahead using their mobile app. It saves time, and provides great deals that are only available with Mobile App orders.
Not a good experience ?. The baked potato was not ready, had no chocolate to make a shake ?. The cheese and bacon fries was poorly done. Looked for the receipt of purchase and they didn't give one. Window person wasn't that friendly, the word " quality " is on their building and that was not so.
Amazing Wendy's! So much better compared to a few others near by. Very friendly helpful staff, quick service ,food made correctly at a good temperature and well maintained.
Food is good, and the workers are polite. But check your order before you leave the drive through and online order pick up. They've left out food from my order every time I've gone there.
This's a brand new Wendy's restaurant. We are happy to have this restaurant here, since they're mostly on the leeward side of the island. It's a great to have a choices of places we can go to sit down and have a meals. This's also a busy location but they're fast getting your foods. Everything was fresh and right off the grill. This's a very clean location and they take care of theirs Customers. The employees and managers were very friendly and check on how things are.
Seriously SO rude and always getting things wrong. Forget even attempting to nicely bring attention to your very wrong and missing half the order items.. you get a rude teenage as a "manager" acting like you personally insulted them and brought shame to their family or something. If you REALLY want wendys make the trip to Honolulu at least you get your food and not treated like you are impending on their day. Never again will I come to this mess
Salads are bomb! Burgers are bomb too Not so sure about the fries. Was mixed, some warm and some cold. Not a fresh batch and it was lunch that I ordered on the app for pick up. I got a double baconator combo. The drinks were cool, coke zero with cherry flavor...pretty good.
