I like the drive thru concept, but here it is slow. Even with order ahead, it is faster to run in and pick it up than sit in the line. One time I didn't announce at the speaker I had ordered ahead and when I got to the window I was met with an upset barista. I hadn't ever announced at the speaker before and the app says to just pull to the pick up window...so what is one to do? ?
Morning crew is almost always spot on everyday. Never mess my order up and most are friendly and helpful. Not the biggest fan of coming here in the afternoon, not as friendly and more errors in my orders. Today I got a refresher and it had no fruit in it at all. Overall, pretty decent.
I’m a costumer here when I come to get a quick bite of food before work. The employees that I had got serviced from are friendly. But I had accidentally left/lost my Apple Watch there. I called them TWICE (they hung up on me the first time) and had the rudest service… I really didn’t expect that. I work at a fast food service and even I understand the troublesome of a person losing their belongings at our place.
I just stood there as the cashier talked to the other coworker. She didnt look at me or acknowledge me. When I turned around to leave I finally heard her say "can I help you"? NAH you folks dont want my business. I would fire that cashier.
Very spacious and clean place to enjoy a cup of coffee while reading or chatting with friends. There are some outlets on the wall, good support if you bring your laptop. Sometimes the music seems a bit loud, but it won't be a big problem if you wear your ear plugs. They also have the drive through. Very good spot to have a break!

Very rude lady. Just basic question is hard to answer/ probably manager since she been telling everyone what to do..
I’ve went here five days in a row and they hadn’t had cream for a Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino every single day. Disappointed in the management.
Love the wide drive through... The clear, easy to read display. The girls are all personable even when the store may be busy. Almost a daily stop on my way to work since it's literally right down the street from my office.
Staff is great. Quick, sometime a little inattentive but it is a busy place at times. 4 stars because they always have extremely limited and very basic merchandise, which I understand is not the fault of the staff.
