The service I received was amazing! Front clerk I believe Megan was her name is an outstanding employee. She made sure I felt welcome, always smiled, was kind, courteous to everyone that came in.
They were short handed and slammed with orders. However, they were cheerful, calm and efficient. The food was great too!
Pizza was under cooked and crust was soft and under cooked. Had to heat up oven and cook more.
Pizza tasted great. Less one star because online app was not working properly, had item in cart and kept force closing. Finally decided to not go through app and online through computer (hassel) and the Detroit style pizza was 'sold out'. Disappointed and knocking a ⭐ off for it. My order wasn't even placed in the evening... and sold out?
The pizza was not a very good dough. It stuck to the bottom of the box. It did not have good taste. I ate less pizza because of this. Also, the ordered sauce did not come with the order.
Order was ready as indicated on the email confirmation. The counterperson was very courteous. No waiting. Easy parking. And of course, the pasta was good. Pizza Hut on Oneawa St. in Kailua is a 5 star location. We will be a repeat customer. Aloha!
Work on the quality of pizza look for new sauces and mixtures of ingredients. Also need to work on overall execution I mean we don't expect iron chef status but at least have some pride in your pizzas just saying.
The pizza slices were cut uneven. Some slices were stuck together. A poor job at cutting a pie.
Work on making better pizzas. I ordered thin crust because I like crispy pizza slices, but what I got was soggy floppy dough that seemed under cooked. Plus what ever flavoring that was put onto the crust was just bad. I had to cook the pizza in my oven just to be able to attempt to eat it, but in the end the flavor made it inedible, $52 down the drain. The only thing that I could eat was the chicken, had to throw out the rest.
Overall I love Pizza Hut pizza. The only issue is that the price of the pizza seems to be getting higher. Spending $50 for 2 pizzas is harsh. So it seems that ordering pizza is going to have to be on very rare occasion.
